Attorney General of the State of Michigan vs ROMAN CHOUMELISKI and 24/7 AD CLEANING, LLC d/b/a AMERICAN AIR MAVERICKS,
The Office of the Attorney General in Michigan announced  an agreement on November 29, 2023 for the dissolution of the business entity American Air Mavericks and permanently barring owner Roman Choumeliski from establishing any legal entities in the State of Michigan. The lawsuit alleged Choumeliski, a Florida resident, fraudulently established a limited liability company (LLC) named ‘24/7 AD Cleaning’, doing business as ‘American Air Mavericks’, by using the address of a short-term rental in Kalamazoo as the ‘resident agent address’ in violation of the Limited Liability Company Act. Under the terms of the settlement agreement, the LLC will be dissolved and Choumeliski will be barred from creating future businesses in Michigan. In addition, Choumeliski will pay $10,000 to the State of Michigan. The settlement also recognizes that Choumeliski denies any wrongdoing, and that it has been entered into to avoid the time and expense of litigation.

A very sketchy man arrive to my house after I made the appointment. He brought in a machine and proceeded to show me pictures of how dirty my vents are then he started acting very strangely. Taking pictures of my house my air conditioner upstairs stopped working after he messed with it for about 10 minutes. He was taking pictures of my dogs and my childrens rooms so I figured out pretty quickly that this was a scam. I asked the cleaner to leave And on his way out, he decided to steal my credit card that was sitting on the counter and charge me for $2100 worth of work that never happened. In addition to Citibank being absolutely worthless with this fraud charge he broke my air conditioner, and whenever I tried calling , no one ever picked up. There was never a card or any contact information and the pictures that he took turned out to be stock Internet photos. So waiting on Citibank to resolve the issue so hopefully I can get my money back, but this business should be shut down .

Stay away from them! They sold us a 3 year maintenance plan. Nothing in written. We paid $1200 for a chimney inspection and cleaning. They denied to send a maintenance contract and one year later, they would charge us again for maintenance. But told us, next year will be free.Scammer! Service was advertised on FB.
