This is a wonderful dental office! It is welcoming, friendly, and charming. It is a small office where you are not just a number, but a name. All the staff are very kind and caring. The main receptionist is an absolute treasure. She has been working at the office for decades and knows all 3 generations of dentists. She showed me a photo on the wall of the original dentist/grandmother. She was so lovely to talk to. The part-time receptionist was also very friendly, nice, and respectful. I enjoyed our conversation. The dental assistant has a great sense of humor and quick wit. In a situation that can be stressful and scary, she breaks the tension with her jokes and wisecracks. The dental hygienist is very attentive, gentle, and knowledgeable. She does a very thorough job of cleaning your teeth, taking x-rays, and answering any questions. The dentist was also very gentle and highly competent. You can rest assured that you are in the best of hands. She is very dedicated to her craft and makes sure that the job is done right. I had 11 cavities that needed to be filled and I did not feel any pain whatsoever during all of the procedures. I am very, very happy with the results. I highly recommend this dental office for all your dental needs!Review from Lance K

Horrible customer service. Improper staffing and poor communication at the business almost resulted in a medical negligence case.

We are sorry that you felt that way about our customer service. It is unfortunate that you were unable to have patience with our office, as we mentioned that we were short staffed for a few days. The records request that you made was completed in a timely manner and within our dental office policy guidelines. At our office we pride ourselves on having an excellent hardworking team that is comforting and respectful to all patients. Every staff member has over 30 years of experience and our office is often complimented by our patients for providing a relaxing fun-loving atmosphere, along with excellent dentistry.
