  - Mishandling of money - Misrepresentation - Conflict of interest I m requesting to receive a refund regarding the amount of $5809.36. For the Estate of *********************. The firm had represented my neighbor from ********************************. (Arrested by KDPS, for fraud on my interest) This is a Conflict of interest. My mother and I had been overcharged. ******* ********************** had to offer my mother and I an 100% discount in June of 2022. Is this an admission of guilt by Mr. *********************** Then we have the issue with how all of my mother's documents had been lost within the firm from day one. I am a Disabled Veteran with PTSD and physical disabilities. I did not need the extra stress from the Attorney ********. I have copies of emails to present how my mother and had been harassed over billing charges or how my mother had to submit the same documents more than once. I have spoken with ****************** ********************** today, and he is not interested in offering the repayment. The stress did not end from ******** until my mother and I reached out to speak with Mr. ********************** in June of 2022. Mr. ********************** had no knowledge of the stress involved by ********, until my mother had spoken with him in June of 2022. Again, this is where my mother and I had been offered an 100% discount for the remaining duration of the case. No attorney offers an 100%, unless there is guilt involved.
