Paid a company Called She Swish also known as Smile Homey $47.10 for an item called wipe on two way Mirror. The item was ordered on February 24, 2024. I never received the item and it's been over a month. I tried emailing them, but their server is not allowing emails. After seeing so many complaints I think this company is a scam.Initial Complaint

She Swish advertised in face book about a product Lamps that will radiate heat to melt ice on ground. I ordered it, paid via pay pal. Got no confirmation of order being processed only that they received my payment. 3 weeks later after I emailed She Swish to ask where is my order? I got an email not from She Swish but from Fivfivgo saying order is delayed. Never sent tracking number no acknowledgement of order being processed.Again I sent other 3 emails, requesting order status and/or tracking number. Got a response from Fivfivgo not She Swish, that order was sent and delivered? The tracking number sent with that email was false, showing delivery made but to some unknown address in NY? I'm in ILL! I sent another complaint to "She Swish" no response, had to go through paypal (where I originated my payment). Got an email from ******** and received another genetic answer, this time this order was still "in transit" since January 5th?? I requested order to be cancelled. No response from She Swish! Have to go directly with my credit card company. This is a hoax website advertising false merchandise? takes your orders and never responds!! I Never had issues ordering online but this one is not legit!!Initial Complaint

Seller scammed me by sending a wrong products. Instead of receiving the product with electrical function, he sent regular simplified versions that cost $2! I was charged $55.70! This entity received so many complains so far, the same issue as I describe. Sent item doesnt correspond to item advertised!Initial Complaint

On 12/3/2023, I purchased 3 ****************** Evolution" and received 3 "chromecast ** streaming devices by ******** The "chromecast" requires the use of a source device such as a smartphone, tablet or computer to 'cast' the streaming signal to the "chromecast". This company is fraudulent. They sent me a product that was not what was advertised. I got exactly what everyone else in these complaints got: metal knuckles that do nothing at all. This is not what I ordered. I ordered hand-held stun guns. I received metal knuckles, no stun gun features. ??This package was sent to me from **********. ********** law based on metal knuckles:??Metal knuckles or brass knuckles are prohibited weapons that are specifically covered under Penal Code *****. This law states it is a crime to: Manufacture, trade, import, sell, share, give, or possess. This company: *************************** aliases She Swish LLC and She Swish Limited returned my email tonight claiming that they sold me a ring and I may not have a refund. Thankfully, my purchase email states what I truly paid for: stun guns, not a simple ring as claimed tonight by this company in their email response. In my research I am learning that this fraudulent company has been allowed to continue their dishonest selling practices even though they have been frequently reported to different outfits of consumer protection including the **** One wonders how this continues to be allowed. As I was determining whether to buy this cologne off the Internet from this company, they automatically build me for the cologne. No tracking information was given. No receipt was given, only a PayPal request, which is attached. After I looked into this more, I found all the reviews noted it as a scam. I tried emailing the company to cancel my order, and the emails listed do not work. There is no phone number for me to call the company, so I believe that this is a scam. I am requesting my money be refunded, and or this company negatively affected for all of the complaints that Ive been filed against it.Initial Complaint

I ordered a trio of items from this company and got sent 8 total stun rings sand I only ordered 3. I was charged for 8 and get this. They dont even work because they are brass knuckles, not stun rings
