THE FINAL AMOUNT BILLED TO PAYPAL WAS NOT SHOWN CLEARLY ON THE ***** FORM AND/OR WAS HIDDEN FROM ME. THE COST WAS ABOUT 12 DOLLARS AND THE SHIPPING WAS ABOUT $6. THE ***** WAS NEVER $22. THIS IS A DECEPTIVE PRACTICE.Initial Complaint

This company sent me a product that was broken and they refused to return it and they're company is not honest about there reviews I try to post one and it won't go through and there company has no address and two different company names so u can't report themInitial Complaint

Ordered item back on 3/11/23, filed a complaint with Paypal on 4/10/23 as item was never received. The tracking number was not a ** tracking number at all. After filing the complaint with Paypal they stated that the item was delivered on 3/28/23, then stated I was to ask my neighbors for my package. Spoke with everyone on the block no package was delivered. Spoke with ************ they have no record of the tracking number they stated via Paypal that was used, spoke with *********** delivery driver as well she has a copy of all tracking numbers that are delivered she didn't have this number either. We also have the informed deliver notification that comes via email, we have went back through every single email back to the 15th of March and there is not tracking number that they provided on any of the informed delivery notifications. The responses are absolutely intolerable, the refusal to refund, the same statements over and over they have the worst customer service ever.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction was 4/15/23 I paid $79.95 via PayPal I have not received my order and am unable to track it, when I click on it nothing happens. I bought organic skin oil called Veganlular. They emailed me a confirmation and keep sending me offers and deals to purchase more but I cant get a response to my email requesting a full refund.Initial Complaint

This product doesn't do anything, it feels n looking like a toy from the Dollar store. Cheaply made n u don't feel anting. Plus NO # CONTACT THEM.
