    I purchased one product and they charged me for two of the same product without any confirmation screen to verify my purchase. Reached out to support (at) smileyhomey.com which was the email on the account that was listed on Paypal. The email was rejected as a bad email. Attempted to work with PayPal and they were useless, did not even think they tried to reach out to the organization via the email (because they would have seen it was a bad email as well). Unfortunately, the company I tried to do business with was not She Swish Limited, they just happened to be the ones that charge my account. Other emails related to this transaction was Haveilia <store+> and brooklynchui* (at) outlook.com. Hope you do not fall for this companies scams </store+>

    On 12/5/2023 I placed an order for 3 self-protection pens (sold as one item) for $67.93 through PayPal. I received 3 separate items - USB BBQ Lighters from an unknown source on 1/27/2024. Not knowing if this was the order I was expecting, I immediately contacted PayPal about my original order. After their review they sent a tracking number. Upon inspecting the package I received, I found the tracking number on a label under the label addressed to me. The Lighters had no manufacturer's name or anything on them and looked like they came from the dollar store. I found similar items on **** for under $3.00 apiece. I contacted PayPal again about the items and finally received a full refund today. So, as others have reported, this company is a total scam and should be shut down. None of their emails or websites are valid. They do not deserve even one star.Thanks to PayPal, my case has been resolved almost 4 months later.

    I ordered a ring and received it. It broke in TWO days. I sent them an email (that bounced back to me) because it wasn't the right email! I also reported it to ******************* has 4 names it work and rips off people. She Swish Limited, Chilli Knight, Rosemary Toast and Smiley Homey!Beware of ALL companies you order online! I hope I Can get this solved!

    I was charged an unauthorized amount of $50.26 from this company. I have placed a complaint through my PayPal account & now with ********************. They charged me without an order # or any kind of written info. Just charged my PayPal account. This is so unacceptable on so many levels. I am awaiting a response from this company demanding a ********************* back into my account. Be very wary of this "place of establishment" It has several ************ from ***** Alternate Business:Chilli Knight Rosemary Toast Smiley Homey Smiley Homey was listed in my PayPal account. I never submitted or authorize this ************** charged me 3Xfor these products. I am now placing a complaint through BBB. STAY AWAY FROM THESE COMPANIES.TOTALLY FRAUDULENT!!!!!!!

    FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT GET SCAMMED I placed order and they never sent me the product. They stole my money. Don't waste your money please. Check BBB. Better business bureau. This company is a complete scam.

    I ordered Two of their advertised products through Paypal not because I trusted this company but Paypal. However, I did not receive anything. They even send a fraudulent tracking number to fake as if they shipped the order. This is a total scam and PayPal must cancel this account as well. They steal money using the Paypal gateway.

    Buyer beware! The product was falsely advertised. The Customer Service Dept. Is bogus. You cannot message them. I was charged postage & still had to pay additional postage to get the item at the post office. They had my money for an unacceptable amount of time before shipping. A piece of junk.

    Total scam. $21 for the equivalent of a Vick's inhaler! Can't find a link to send to Paypal and get this resolved. Can't contact the company. Very upsetting!

    No stars! This company is fraud! First I didnt receive product and made complaint to PayPal. Then they finally send a piece of junk suppose to be a neck massager. It was the size of my pinky and did not work! What a waste of money. They would not make it right so I had to get PayPal involved again! Do NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

    I added an item to the shopping cart but changed my mind and removed the item, never completed the purchase but it charged me after I removed it. I didnt hit the submit button and removed the item and saw the cart was empty. This is a scam
