    Worst experience I have ever had at any type of store. Shopping was fine. Timing promises were made to when the furniture would be delivered. - furniture did not come in when expected. - furniture that came was wrong and incomplete - deliveries did not come on schedule for the assisted living delivery hours and had to be re-scheduled multiple times. - items were not put together properly - one chair needed to be returned due to our own needs - it took two weeks for an inspector to come and see if the chair was approved to be returned (after it was in the apartment for two days) - another two weeks for a pick up. I was told there was a 20% re-stock fee. - fine - but then was charged a $200 pick up fee as well. I had asked to return the chair to the store myself - I was told no - but then was charged $200 for pick up. - was told the credit would come in a check - 6 weeks later I called asking where the check was - 6 weeks after that I am still waiting for a credit. - store manager tried to help - but corporate above him never returned calls. Never contacted me when they were supposed. Many bad practices - horrible communication - lies.

    Purchased a couch from here and it has honestly been the biggest pain since we purchased it back in 2023. We were told it would be about 6 weeks to come in. It kept getting pushed out and pushed out for months. We finally received it, albeit after many run around phone calls, and were happy.After a short time of having the couch, one piece completely had the inner support snap out of nowhere. We were able to get a tech out, but again it took some rescheduling. They came out with a replacement cushion because they didnt listen to what we stated was wrong. Once they determined it was more than a cushion, they had to schedule yet another day to come pick up the piece of the couch and repair it in shop.In addition, we paid extra money for the warranty that covers stains as life happens and we usually have company quite often. We had quite a large stain on the couch and called to get it taken care of. We have now been rescheduled FOUR times and are now pushed out through Mid April for the cleaning service with no real guarantee itll happen that day.If you enjoy getting the run around and having things pushed off because they dont want to send a tech to your area for just one person, this place is for you. Otherwise, stay away!

    I advise you to NOT shop with this company. I was told from the salesperson that my purchase would come around a certain date. Come to find out it was a lie and they already knew that the merchandise you order will take longer then the around date they tell you. Its been a month and I still havent got my furniture. I called the store after the sales person stop replying to my texts and answering my calls to talk to a mananger. I never talked to a mananger, I talked a customer representative who was friendly and was advise that my furniture would PROBABLY come in another month. I ask for my money back then they hit me with a 20% restocking fee. ??So if you want to go get bamboozle, scam, and lied to go to this company, they are a joke, will never shop with Ashleys. And not to mention, the manager also instructed to customer representative, I couldnt get a free delivery and set up for the inconveniences.
