This company is here to scam people. I called the actual county number and they are aware of it but said there is nothing they can do. I got a letter saying it was time to renew my annual LLC certificate and requesting info and payment. It looks legit and has a local address so I almost did it but then had a gut feeling and called the Secretary of State who confirmed this is a scam they are aware of. Dont pay these people!!!

A company by the name of C.P.S. at ******************************************************************************************** contacted me by mail posing as an official entity asking me to renew filing with the OK Secretary of State. They quoted Oklahoma Statute Title 18 ******. They indicated that I needed to complete my annual certificate for my LLC. The normal fee is around $25, but they were trying to charge me $160. That's when I figured this was a scam. Of course, I paid them 0. They are not in any way a government entity and I wonder how many business owners they have scammed out of their money. I do not want these con-artists to contact me. I see that the BBB has already seen similar filings from other states. It seems that their address changes, but their phone number remains the same.

This business is trying to scam me. I got a letter that looks official and from the government. There is no phone number or website to learn more about what this letter is all about. What is disturbing is there $5,000 to $70,000 for violation. It is written to be deceptive and to look like it came from the Federal OSHA and that I could be fined. When I first read it I thought I had to pay $295.00 or be fined. Is there a place this scam can be reported? I came close to being scammed out of $295.00 and I am sure other business owners will be scammed thinking this is a ****************** Very deceptive and fraudulent. And to top it off they have a cheap gmail account to contact them. This scam needs to be taken down.

This business basically exists to scam new business owners using public data. The documents they send in the mail looks like it's from the ** Gov, but it skirts by impersonation by stating they aren't related to the gov, but it's buried right below legal jargon where a lot of people would miss it. It should be bolded and probably right at the top of the page to even give a hint of being a legit company, or just simply not try to simulate an official government form. From the document Customer ID: ********** I see no where to op-out and instead of calling and dealing with holds and all of that nightmare, I'd rather spend my time filing a complaint.

This company sent an official looking misleading document that states that a periodic report is required and it will be filed at a cost of one hundred and fifty dollars. I file my report through the State website for ten dollars. On the document after they present the state code that requires the Periodic Report in print meant to appear as part of the code it states B.C.S is not a government agency there is nothing in caps stating this it is intentionally placed in an obscure place to scam people into believing it's a state agency. I did not send them any money I just want to report this scam as it might not be illegal it is immoral since I file online for TEN dollars

The solicitation was materially misleading it portrayed itself as a renewal by the incumbent registered agent. Moreover, despite payment, CPS never actually made the filing. C.F.S sent out a form that looks like a government issue for to renew my business. This is my first year in business and to find out after the check cleared my back that this company has nothing to do with the Secretary of State and the renewal of my business is awful. People are barley making ends meet and to scam people to pay $135 to renew their business is taking advantage of them, as I found out after calling the Secretary of State that is costs $0 to do it online and that they WILL NOT SEND ANYTHING BY MAIL to the business owners. Watch out for these scams do not pay anything to these forms that come in the mail!
