    If I could give a ZERO, or NEGATIVE zero, I would. This guy took my check with good will he would be back the next week to take down a few trees. He not only cashed it, but he's given me every excuse in the book for not showing up. That was months ago. I've never been conned - but I can't say that now. Since I have his number, I'm hoping I'll wear him down and he will finally do the work. Thereby getting me off his back. I hope so, but not holding my breath.

    Would not keep his work on the sale of a 2021 Chipper. Ghosted us, took $27,000 and ran.

    I had Rich come out for a quote to trim a tree in my yard. He was very responsive and came out right away to do the quote, and the price was very fair. So, we wanted to get on the schedule and texted him that. About a week later I hadn't heard anything, so I texted him again. He gave me a day he would be there. He did not show up, and didn't text until 7:50pm that night to apologize. No problem - we rescheduled. I get it, things happen. The day of our new appointment, again he didn't show up at the time we agreed on. I texted checking in, he apologized but couldn't make it. Again, I get it, it was his daughter's birthday. We rescheduled for a third time. And again, he didn't show up and didn't text to let me know. So, I texted him and said we're going to go in a different direction. Then he proceeded to try to guilt trip me and said "good luck". Very unprofessional. I'm very understanding of contractors' long hours and hard jobs, but I really don't appreciate the no call/no show three times in a row. I also have a job and had to shuffle my schedule around to be home on the days we agreed on. Would not recommend!

    Called for an estimate for tree removal, they were quick to respond and a very reasonable cost compared to others. They showed up when they said they would, and did an outstanding job cutting the tree! They were efficient, worked well as a team and did an outstanding job cleaning up when the job was finished! Each crew member was personable and took great care of the property! I would recommend you contact Richard for any tree work you need done. I will definitely use them again.
