  I entered into a contract in May 2022 to complete credit restoration. Per their contract the services would be completed within 180 days of final payment. Final payment was made June 2022. I even allowed time after to see some receive some results. Per ****** once the first payment was made they would start working on my case and I should start to see something. I never received any correspondence from the credit bureaus which I advised on many occasions and each time I followed up it was the same results that they were only 55% completed with the work. In October when it was nearing time for my contract due date on final results their representative ****** even expressed concerns via voicemail saying I have always received the same update and advised I would receive a partial refund. I called in November to cancel them working because still no results and the only reason this company calls consistently about is payments not to make a client feel as if they are even trying the same conversation and no results. Once I requested my partial refund that their employee advised I would receive and which was even being fair considering the only work I saw completed were items I had removed and have documentation of. ****** advised me very rudely that her employee did not advise it after me stating multiple times I had the recording. Plus they did not complete what was advised in their contract which also warrants a refund. There is nothing in their contract that does not state in their contract no refunds. This company is a major scam and have had other serious complaint. I would not want another person having to go through this. *********************** did not even try to rectify the situation or resolve it once I expressed my dissatisfaction with their company and wanting to cancel. She just advised she would cancel work and no refund so to just take money. Now I am requesting all refund for the time having to go through these steps.
