We arrived late in the evening and found a squirrel in the room.Front desk sent someone to try to catch it.After a while we realized there were squirrel f**** all over the room on the floor and in drawers. We asked the office to send housekeeping to get it cleaned. They claimed there was no one to come that late.When we stated that we would expect them to comp us they found someone to clean.They swept the floor changed the sheet on one of the beds and sprayed the kitchenliving area floor with a cleaner and used towels to wipe it up never mopped the floor. Since it was late we were satisfied with the partial cleaning. The owner showed up and he was condescending and kept stating this was ***************** as if we have no idea that animals can get into the house.The next day we called the office and asked for them to send housekeeping to do a thorough cleaning.We had told them that the floors were dirty and left our socks black and that we also had found f**** in the drawers.We had a pregnant woman and a toddler with us.We wanted to make sure everything was clean properly since rodents carry diseases.Housekeeping came and barely swept the floor and only took out trash.We had to clean the place ourselves so it was livable and safe for our family. Further investigation we saw the refrigerator had mold in it the dish strainer had a moldy paper towel under it along with a bunch of dead bugs. One of the bathrooms had a dead worm in it and hair in the sink.The floors were filthy and sticky in spots and a stiff dirty towel was left on a chair.We talked to management and expressed our concern about all of the filth and unsanitary conditions left in the rooms and she didnt care.If they are ok with people living with rodent f**** who knows what other disgusting unsanitary filth they are ok with letting their customers live in.I would think twice about booking with this company. Sunrise Beach and Bridge View Beach are owned by the same guy.

This place is awful. We had an open used cup on our sink and toilet paper on the toilet seat. It was dirty and moldy and we woke up feeling awful! It said there was a hot tub spa and continental breakfast and it has neither. There were spiders and stains all over the walls. I would give it 0/5 stars if I could!

Booked a room over a month in advance. They called the day of reservation and said card in file was invalid. If I didn’t call back immediately with a new card they would be giving my room away because they were booked to capacity. I called back with new card. But informed them what poor business practice it was to threaten giving my room away on the day of reservation. When they had my reservation for weeks. Also, it was a bold face LIE, the vacancy light was on at this motel and all others around it for the entire night! The rooms were disgusting bugs, dirty carpet, mold, rust etc. Don’t know how they pass Health Dept. inspections. Stay away!

Didnt want to give a star but sadly have to to give a review. This is a ZERO STAR,!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I can not stress that enough!!!!! This hotel was is the most disgusting place Ive ever seen! We were fooled into thinking we would be staying in the hotel located next to the office (which is what they advertise. Once check in we found that we were at the next building down. The room was awful smelling to the point that We. Couldnt breath! There were cob webs, dirty walls, dirty carpet, thick scum in the bathroom. WE went back to the office as three other parties were also complaining about the rooms they received. They wouldnt return anyones money and said they could only give us a different room. They then put us in a different room only to find it worse!!!!! The bathroom window was broken, urine all over the toilet and the shower was filthy with so much scum, yellow water drizzled out and didnt work. There was blood on one beds comforter!!!!!! These places need to be bulldozed and leveled!!!!! We called the health department, chamber of commerce, and also a letter to Attorney General *********************. I would absolutely steer clear of this place! You think you are staying in one building only to find out that you are staying in a nasty, bug infested (so many cobwebs and spiders), unsafe room. I would definitely check more in depth before staying anywhere. I would recommend reading FOX 2 ******* for more information on the investigation at these entities and the hotels they operate. Published July 1st 2022. I was looking so forward to this vacation on to be so disappointed. I absolutely have no desire to return to this town. I think my mom should receive her money back for this disgusting place. Less then ten minutes there and left.
