    Initially got approved for a high amount that I used for a balance transfer I never have a late payment, I paid a chunk of the card and they decided to decrease my card balance for a random reason they choose with little warning, I was too busy taking care of my personal business so even though it bothers me I dont let it get to me plus I have a lot going on at that moment, because of this decrease balance it look like the card was maxed out and my credit score dropped which make another of my credit card do the same thing at that point I do got annoying with **** but I still dont let it get to me.. boy I was wrong I should it paid attention because I decide to paid off the balance of ******** to Citi instead of paying for my daughter college tuition 2 months later from the incident and ********* decided to decrease my limit again to ******** no reason probably because my score dropped OH! thanks to them and all the mess they create just for their own action and domino effect that cause to my credit score and historywhat a mess and what a evil way to mess with honest people that work really hard to get where they want to be. AT this point I have zero balance in that card, they are a horrible company they mess-up my credit score this second time another of my credit card notice the mess and they decrease my limit, I dont blame any of the other 2 companies because their action are based in the changes they see in my history and they dont know an better, now I just have to work in repair the mess that Citi create, I regret EVER apply for that card, ****** learn. Dont waste your time and dont hurt your credit score if you really value it.**********************

    DO NOT USE CITICARD for your personal card needs. I was a consumer for 15yrs and we were actually traveling and went to use my card and it was closed. I called and they said nothing we can do, you will receive a letter. They left us stranded and could careless. The funny thing is the letter I received was so vague that I still can't get answers as to why. These guys are nothing but a bunch of fraudsters and can CARELESS about the consumer. I have already talked to an attorney.
