When we first arrived, *****, the lady at the front desk, was extremely rude. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was for the pool, and when we arrived, there was a sign saying the pool was closed until further notice. I looked at my daughter and apologized to her. A few minutes later, the lady hangs up the phone, and just stares at me. I finally said that we'd to like to check in. I gave her my information, got the room key, and went upstairs. One of the room keys didn't work. We get into our room, and it was not cleaned very well, the tub was dirty, the bathroom floor wasn't clean, the sheets were dirty, there was old food crumbs in the corners, the microwave was dirty, the outlet by the beds didn't work, and we didn't have any towels in the bathroom. I went downstairs to the front desk to ask for towels. The same lady gave me 2 towels and 2 hand towels. I explained that I need at least 3 towels, because there are 3 of us. She absolutely refused to give me a 3rd towel. She said to me "When you use the towels I just gave you, bring them downstairs and I will replace them with clean ones." Then to top it off, the windows were not sealed properly and it sounded like a wind tunnel the ENTIRE NIGHT. I've never been treated like this at any places I've stayed before. I told the lady that I'd never stay here again. She looked at me, and shrugged her shoulders at me. If I thought that I'd she would have given me a refund, I would have asked for it, and went to another hotel. I'd like to get a refund if possible or at least something be done about this lady.
