Date of Most Recent Issue: 5/20/22 Date of Last Issue: November 2021 Date or First Issue: April 2021 We bought a brand new fifth wheel valued over $55,000 from them last April and had problems from the very start. The night we got it home the entire rear window leaked when it rained. We called and emailed them. Have everything documented. The kitchen slide out was missing lag bolts and tore up the floor inside. The seal around the outdoor kitchen was broken. The latch behind the ** didnt work so when driving the ** scratched the mantle above the fireplace. The electric hot water heater did not work and the keypad for auto level did not work. We had to call every couple weeks FOR MONTHS to finally have someone out to fix it!! We wasted soooo much time and energy trying to get this dealt with. The customer service was so rude and they never returned our calls.Fast forward to the newest issue as of 5/20/22 and the reason why we are filing this claim. When we finally got it in (took them several months) it was over the winter and they had said they would winterize it for us while they had it. We usually winterize our trailers ourself and have never had an issue, but figured since they had it sure why not have them do it. We picked it ** in March. Went to use it for our first camping trip and they DIDNT winterize it correctly. They didnt get all of the water out of the lines and one broke. So when we filled the unit with water, it flooded the entire underbelly, was pouring out of our outdoor speakers (which now do not work), into the main floor of the fifth wheel and all over the circuit board. They acted annoyed when we called immediately and have pictures of everything. We are concerned of the long-term water damage now as the insulation and wood got wet, as well as the circuit board. We need the damage corrected immediately! And we need assurance any future problems as a result of this will be covered.Business response

we did send someone out to the campsite to replace the window. Unfortunately, because of covid parts were taking a long time to receive.
