I totally would give this place negative 5 stars just based on two staff members. One staff member his name is ***** who is a personal trainer with 25 years experience he told me. I just needed him to do the free new member ****** scan and he kept trying to get me to do a workout session with him telling me he would destroy my legs. I told him no I dont need that and he just kept on pushing g. Even told me that hes better than any other trainer here. My second issue is with the manager ****. When I signed up almost two weeks ago go I asked the sales girl if they have tripods here for filming and she said no but that I could bring my own that other people bring their own. So all last week I was able to film what I needed to for my coach and same with this week until today when **** the manager walked by me and said we dont allow tripods or filming here because other members may not like being in it. I told her that I was told I could. She was extremely rude and so I talked with one of the other employees, I think hes the manager for the sales department and he said hed talk to her. Then once I was done with my workout he said she wanted to talk to me. I told him I dont feel comfortable talking to her so Id rather not. I wasnt surprised at all when she walked right up to me when I was on the treadmill. I asked her kindly to not interrupt my workout again like she did earlier today. She continued to talk and I said please let me finish. I dont like my workouts being interrupted. She continued to talk a few minutes more and as she was walking away she started giving me compliments. I feel so uncomfortable with these two employees here. Something needs to be done since it doesnt appear that this place is gonna do anything about her attitude and ***** pushing me to workout with him and his unwanted advances.

Be careful of their cancellation policies. They do not honor their own cancellation policy. It states to cancel your policy in person or in writing (which via phone call was mentioned can be mail or e-mail). After driving 45 minutes to cancel in person, I was told that cancellation hours are between 10am - 5pm. This is not listed on the contract, on their website, or anywhere on their grounds. After sending multiple emails to cancel with no response, I had to take matters into my own hands and block any transactions from them with my bank.If you are cancelling after your contract is up, be prepared to be on the phone with your bank, or take time off work during the day to cancel in person during their outrageous "cancellation window".
