      This company has terrible quality products, charge twice what theyre worth, shipping fees are insanely high and terrible customer service.

      I order items for my Christmas gifts for my family. I have been waiting on a refund sent 12/24.I work and don't have time to be on hold for 35mintues.I give them my phone number for a return call from the head office four calls from me later, never received a call to date.I I spend $1493.60 We have contact you several times concerning the second two-person basketball never came.I had to tell my cousin son he didn't have one.I went and purchased one from target.I called back ask for a refund for serval months.I don't want a credit I want a refund.Why do you treat your customer like they made the mistake.I'm not the *** or ***** drivers.You stole $279.99 from me, and I want it back I don't want a credit I will never buy from you again.Please teach your customer service team members to tell the truth does not lie or don't have them make promise they can't keep.

      Pathetic customer service. Portable evaporative cooler came not screwed into nut for fan. Just need a nut but they want me to send back then get a new one? Dumbest thing I ever experienced! Last thing I buy! Poor quality as well!!

      Product is good but your rebate policy is totally misleading and observed and your company should be cited for false advertising or at minimum misleading. The so-called rebate they offer not really rebate! It is simply a credit that you get with the company but then you try to buy something that's already on sale the credit is no good which is almost everything. Ridiculous ridiculous ridiculous false advertising. Buyer beware

      Ordered a bird feeder camera. Worked for a week, then it failed.Returned that and got a "refund" for purchase of something else - a gift certificate.Ordered an item using gift certificate, it did not work. Asked for replacement, received it, did not work. Returnd and asked for a refund, now I have a $170 gift certificate, but it does not work.Following instructions, I add something just over $100, apply the gift certificate, and magically my cart says I own $0. Great, but when I check out, the web page demands a credit card, which I supply, but now the amount has changed back to the orignal price, no discount!

      If you choose to make a purchase from Sharper Image be prepared to get ripped off. Certain items can't be returned if used but how would anyone know if the item is effective If not used. They advertise free returns within 60 days however in small print it reads for unopened items. It appears as if they control the reviews of the products so a consumers may never have an opportunity to get honest feedback. ****** learned and im cutting my losses. Thankfully I will be able to recover from my $230.00 dis-investment. I will never consider the simplest product from this merchant. #buyerbeaware

      I purchased the Mail Chime online in November 2023. The product doesn't work with our mailbox. I emailed Sharper Image customer service on January 1st, **** to initiate a return. I received no response. I sent a follow up email on January 29th, **** and still did not receive a response. I called the customer service phone number and was told by the automated system that call volumes were high, so I requested a call back. Three hours later, I had not received a call back. I called again on my lunch break and was on hold for ************************************* (again) that they would call me back and hung up on me. I went online and was finally able to get a customer service rep using their ******************** chat feature. She initiated the return, but did not tell me that I would be charged $18.95 for return shipping! I only paid around $37 for the product in the first place. This was my first experience with this company and now it has been my last!!

      Extremely disappointed with Sharper Image as a whole. My husband purchased the Monocular with smartphone adapter for a Christmas present. This item was complete junk! The pictures were blurry and had white out effects. The construction of the item was below average and extremely cheap. We returned this item and were given a hard time by customer service. They did not want to refund our money and kept a restock fee. We ended up paying around ***** in total with shipping charges and restocking fee and have nothing to show for it except disappointment and frustration. Sharper Image used to be a reliable and amazing company. I will never purchase another thing from this company!

      I ordered 2 Ionic Breeze air purifiers from them prior to this Christmas. The units were not like older models of this product. They blew out cold air and made a lot of noise and I felt did nothing to help the air quality in the home. I returned them.At order time, Sharper Image noted free shipping $36.99 however when I placed the order they charged me shipping and issued me a credit for the shipping amount to buy more product. What a scam.When I returned items, Sharper Image charged me over $60 for return shipping even though I used their return label and ***** as instructed. They offered me a gift card to avoid the return shipping cost. What a scam.I did chat with an agent and got an additional refund of $36.99 yet to be seen on my credit card.I do not want to buy any more of their products, their catalog will go immediately into the trash when received and I will not visit their store in *****************. Sharper Image is a scam.

Your shipping fee was refunded today, 1/30/24. We ask that you allow a full 5-7 days for this refund to reflect depending on your financial institution. Due to the reason for return there is a return shipping fee and this was deducted from your refund amount directly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.       Total scam. Its so old used car salesperson technique and shows desperation on the part of Sharper Image. Sad for a company that positions themselves as high-end. I went back and forth for three days on a product not understanding this cryptic add on to a free shipping offer. Once again, they are a total let down.
