1 starI really wish I had read these reviews before placing an order. I went on the website on the 15th and it stated I would receive my order by the 23rd and this was a Christmas gift so I was happy to order. The 23rd came and when I checked the tracking it had been rescheduled to the 26th no one notified me of this and when I called customer service all they could tell me was the same stuff that ***** website said. Well the 26th came and went and then I find out it was rescheduled to the 28th. I just received my order on the 28th only to find it was only one of two items delivered and of course I called customer service and they were absolutely zero help. This was my first and very last time I will ever order from this company.Sharper Image

1 starHorrible **************** for a Cardinal globe that didnt work. Purchased for Christmas. When I called about defect they would not send me new one until they received mine. ok. They would only provide standard shipping return label. When I returned it the label was going to ****, **. I asked if they can priority or overnight ship or same day for the new/exchanged one. I supposedly spoke to manager too. It was sent as STANDARD shipping. It did not get here until the 27th. I made the call 11:00 am on the 16th. This was for my cousin whose husband just passed away a month ago.I am shocked that this is SHARPER IMAGE. I'm not really sure of location because this was online.The Fed ex label wasn't created until 12/21 at 10:45pm from *******,**. The item I received today is working but one of the switches seems flimsy. Hopefully it doesn't break and will last.I have never put a complaint to BBB.Sharper Image

1 starUnable to unsubscribe. I receive an email at least 2 to 3 times a day! I have written to them and it still continues! I will never ever buy anything from them again because of this. I also receive 2 magazines per month. I only throw them away! I continue to try to unsubscribe and email them with no success. If people dont want this to happen to them, Do Not buy from them!!Sharper Image

1 starSharper Image is an ****** aggressive business. Haven't bought anything off their site in years. Never created an account. Now i'm getting multiple daily marketing emails from them. They offer an unsubscribe link but require you to accept at least some level of advertising in order to "unsubscribe". I will never buy anything from them again. 2 starsWell I've purchased numerous things over the years without any issues until today. I purchased an item for a Christmas gift on 12/18. The banner at the top of the website explicitly stated all items purchased would be delivered in time for Christmas. I receive updated tracking today showing after Christmas delivery date. Contact SI - this item was not eligible for that because it's coming from the warehouse. Nowhere on the site did it say there would be exclusions. I was never notified this item wasn't included and wouldn't come on time through the whole checkout process. Reached out to SI and they aren't willing to help. All they'll do is refund my shipping fee. That helps no one. Incredibly disappointed in their customer service and likely won't be ordering again.Review fromHOLLY S

1 starWould give them 0 stars if I could. Wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. Everything being said here is true. The online site is totally deceptive in the way things are presented and then they refuse to honor what you know you were offered. Then when you say fine, I want to return everything, they say they can only give you a store credit!!! Do not order from this company!!! Horrible customer service also, just want to argue with instead of trying to make the situation right. I ended up just disputing it with my credit card company.Review fromL. E.

1 starVery disappointed in this company. I ordered the heated insoles - the day after I received them I charged them but the charge only lasted about 15 minutes, plus looks like something is wrong with charging area. I called to talk with someone about this and was on hold for over an hour so gave my number to call me back - 3 days later and no one has called back. They say they will not accept the return of these because the package was opened. I opened it to charge it but it was never in my shoes, just wanted to check charging. There is no way I would know these were defective if I didnt open the box.Sharper Image

1 starI tried to buy an item from the Shaper Image. The website advertised 20% Off SITEWIDE + free shipping. When I checked out, I was not able to get the promotional discount because a rep from the company (on the phone) said certain items did not qualify for the discount, even though nothing in the promotion headline indicated that certain items were excluded. In addition, the free shipping offer was only to be applied on my NEXT purchase, not the current one. Again, very deceptive. Really not free shipping unless you made a subsequent purchase. 5 starsI contacted Sharper Image's ***************************** by telephone with a complaint about one of their contractors and wanted the BBB to know that in my case and my opinion, they are worth a five star score. We saw a product in their catalog called the Bobble Head and wanted to give one as a gift to our son. Following the directions, we paid and sent them money to get into the contractor's website to prepare our order. Our money got us nothing more than a site where a customer chooses what the Bobble head should look like. You respond to questions like hair color, skin tone, clothes, etc. Without being extravagant, by the time we got close to finishing the choices, the price of the item more than doubled what the catalog was showing. We were at nearly $250. We stopped, contacted the contracted vendor, asked that our money be returned, we were not going to order. She refused and when I told her that I would report the issue to BBB, she started hollering at me "what is wrong with you, what is wrong with you". I shopped from Sharper Image many times before and had never had a negative experience, I therefore contacted their customer service. Without any hesitation, their agent said that we should not have been treated the way we were and asked us for 24 hrs time to resolve the issue. We received a full refund and an email notification. 1 starWill never support this company. We tried to resell an RC car online for my som to get his money back, and the company reported us as fraud and claimed it was a counterfeit! It was their own product bought directly from them. If they report their own goods as fake, there is clearly a red flag!Sharper Image
