I wanted to leave a good review - they made us feel great during our 2023 Tahoe purchase less than 2 weeks ago. They were personable, helpful, answered all of our questions, etc. We just walked in and walked out with my dream car, seamlessly. But the day after our purchase, the radio started going in and out. Since we live 90 minutes away, we took it to our local dealership where they troubleshot through it and away we went. Unfortunately, it happened again. We reached out to Feldman of Novi and they told us to bring it in, which we did. 90 mins away. They thought they fixed the problem, doing the exact same thing the previous dealership did, but ultimately not fixing the issue, as the radio still went in and out. They told us its a software issue and theres nothing that they can do about it. Nothing you can do?! We purchased the car from you, and its under bumper to bumper coverage, so do the right thing and make it right ! The best thing about this ordeal? My husband picked the car up (2 hours ago), and on his drive home brought it to our local dealership, *** ***** Chevrolet of ******** and they had it FIXED in 10 minutes due to a LOOSE AMP CONNECTOR! Clearly, Feldman didnt even look. Its evident that all ***** wants to do is push numbers and make the sale and at the end of the day, they truly dont care about their customers. As we pulled out of the lot on the day of the purchase, I said to my husband, Wow! Ill never buy a car from anywhere else, but I couldnt have been more wrong. I will absolutely never recommend Feldman Chevrolet to my worst enemy! It's clear that customer satisfaction is not their priority. While I initially praised their service, I now strongly advise against purchasing from Feldman Chevrolet. However, I want to sincerely apologize for the frustration youve experienced with the radio issue and for any inconvenience caused by your visits to address ***** like to clarify a few details to ensure were on the same page. When your vehicle was brought to our service team, we followed the manufacturers recommended diagnostics and applied the latest available software updates to address the issue. At the time, these updates were consistent with service bulletins related to concerns like yours. That said, its possible that the loose amp connector was contributing to the problem, and Im sorry if this wasnt caught during your visit.We understand how disappointing it is when a solution isnt immediate, especially given the distance youve traveled. 1 starWent in for an oil change with no heat - and discovered that the car was leaking antifreeze. I left it overnight to determine if anything else was wrong. In the morning, I was told that there were 5 oil leaks and other additional things - for a total of $3,500. I took the car to our master mechanic, who said it would be impossible for the mechanic to diagnose where the leak, or leaks, were coming from, as there was oil all over. Our mechanic cleaned the engine 2x and discovered that he needed to replace the valve cover and gasket. The water outlet hosing was replaced. Total was $1,065. When I called Feldman to speak to the service advisor, he said he'd look into it and call me back. That was 10 days ago. No call. When I called again today, I got the runaround. I was sent to their "HR" in **************** - and the person I spoke to Feldman New ****** had no idea there was HR there. Got dropped twice. Got to another service advisor - when I requested to speak to the manager above him. When I finally got there - he told me he'd have to look at the car to see. I told him that there was nothing to see, as it was already fixed. He said he understood why I'd be upset - but there was nothing he could do. I am feel that I was taken advantage of - and I'm sure this has happened to others. I will not be going back there.Review fromNINA Y

1 starThey take advantage of the hardworking people.We deposited 10k for a msrp ***** traverse 2024 .When I asked finance officer ** ***** my downpayment should go towards my principal loan;he made all the excuses and said it went to interest. What a big ?? ; he is now changing his statement saying 10k is the vehicles tax. What happened to 6% flat rate. He went on and on with his lies.I asked how my deposit was distributed he was so proud to say it went to the dealership. I hope you can sleep at night and tell your kids what you do for a living is to deceive people.Review fromNathaniel J

1 starI was a loyal customer with Novi ******************** for 7+ years and have never been treated with such disrespect when trying to lease a vehicle. I noticed a lot of new faces at **** when I walked in to roll into a new lease. Salesman ************************* was very unprofessional, pushy, and argued a $15 a month difference on a bottom line stock Equinox he put me in at $1500 down, 430$ a month.Later, I received a $767.07 bill from ************ stating Novi didn't pay the total lease buyout on my previous vehicle. *********************, Manager of sales, put the blame on ************ as well as slandering their name, stating how they don't work well with Novi and dont have their backs, concluding that Novi isn't going to pay. After filing a breach of contract **** agreed to pay the balance (I saved these voicemails for proof)! 6 weeks later I received another bill from ************* the balance was still not paid. At this point in 12 days it is going to affect my credit. I must have left 4+ voicemails and called over and over. **** would not answer my calls or call me back. ********************* was argumentative, rude, extremely unprofessional, and avoided each phone call I made. 3 starsI am only rating this low because of BAD EXPERIENCE by the Sales Consultant - *********************..I reached the dealership at 5:30 pm and **** was been very arrogant and rude during the conversation. Not at all welcoming and very reluctant in showing us vehicles. My brother requested to look at the interiors, **** mentioned feel free to look from outside from windows. He was not open on even explaining me the variants atleast on his desktop. Super rude and embarrassing. We just moved out of his cubical with a lot of disappointment and my father who was with me was not at all happy and asked me look at the dealerships at ******** or *****************However, before I exit the dealership, I did called *********************, Sales Manager who was very helpful and I knew him from past as he sold me my previous vehicle and later I spoke with *************************, Sales Consultant who was very helpful and polite. We looked at the interiors of the vehicle on the same day and even took test drive. Made up my mind on the same day to get the vehicle. We closed the deal in next 2 days.Thanks **** and ***** for the 2024 Z71 Traverse. Loved it. 5+ Ratings to you both.Strongly NOT recommending *********************!!Review fromTimmie L

1 starThey sold me a truck with a small lift on it with a bumper to bumper warranty when the ball joint broke we took it in for service they fixed it and a month later it happened again and they fixed it again and told me I needed to put different control arms on it because of the lift kit they even wrote down what control arms I needed on the receipt so they were putting the wrong parts on it from the start and every time it would break it was tearing more stuff up ***** in service told me after I put the right control arms on it myself to bring it to him and he would do the alignment and fix everything so that's what I did after four days he called and asked if we could stop by as soon as he started talking he got very defensive and started yelling at my wife and putting his hands in her face when I asked him not to do that he started yelling at me and asked us to wait in the waiting room my wife stepped in the waiting room and I stepped out side the garage door out of his line of sight when he went over to his partner high fived him and told him he was going to give me a beat down when I confronted him he went and told his boss that I threatened him all I told him is if he wanted to attack me I was standing right there so after causing damage to my truck by knowingly installing the wrong parts over and over they now refuse to stand behind the warranty they sold me or there sub-par work.Review fromTrisha H

1 starThey told me one price for the car and by the time the paperwork was done it was ******** more. Also said I had a super warranty until I left with the car and called back for the warranty papers. There was NO warranty. Lying salesman. My first car experience and it was a disaster. I sent letters to the owner and have never heard a word. NEVER buy a car from any Feldman dealership. ****************Review fromAshley W

1 starThis dealership is THE worst. At oil change appointment they told me I had a radiator leak on my leased Blazer. I did not smell or see anything when they tried to show me. I did not trust them. Took it to a GM engineer to look at and there was no leak. Another ***** dealership confirmed there was no leak. I had a recall on my car and they were able to get me in when the dealer I switched to couldnt. I thought it would be ok just for a recall. On my way out, service guy said hed also have the radiator problem fixed. I told him I only wanted the recall issue fixed and to leave the radiator alone since there was no leak. When I came to pick up my car, he gave me my paperwork and said, youre all set, and I walked out. Then noticed my receipt said, customer reports sweet, burning smell. Check and advise. I did not make this statement and there was NO smell. Paperwork showed they had replaced the radiator. Service guy never asked for my permission, nor did he even tell me that they had done that until I went back and asked. Totally felt scammed. It was a messy job and they did not clean up under my hood, there is a small part they never put back and its been leaking fluid ever since this happened. When I sent the service guy a message, he never even returned it. I dont know how this place is still in business.Review fromDerrick W

1 starBought my used 2021 vehicle from here. Not even 6 months I started having issues with the transmission. I have taken it in too the shop for the same issue at least 3 times. Now they're telling me the issue isn't covered under warranty and it will cost me **** dollars. When the same issue was covered under warranty The second time.The service team was nice. But this is very disheartening to say the least. I'm not completely sure if the service team even know the issue or know how to fix it.. I've been without my truck for 2 weeks now.I WILL NOT BE BUYING ANOTHER VEHICLE FROM HERE!!! And make sure I tell others not to come here as wellReview fromJames K

I had my van serviced by them in December or 2022. It was supposedly covered under warranty. The repairs didnt rectify the problem. They refused to cover my rental car fees which are supposed to be covered when having warranty work done. Fast forward last Friday, my van broke down and I had it towed to the dealership. The tow company reported to me the time that the tow was completed. The dealership service writer reported to me a much later time explaining that no one could look at the vehicle for a computer diagnostic. I was ignored until I physically showed up to the dealership noon Tuesday which means my van sat for two more days that the service department was open that they couldve plugged the diagnostic reader into my dashboard. I now need a new engine which total costs of parts and labor equals to what my van is worth. They said my van **** covered under warranty. I have spoken to *** corporate and they have no proof that the dealership contacted them for assistance on my bill. I now have a case number with *** corporate and they have made several attempts to contact the dealership and have been ignored. I am beyond frustrated because, now my van just sits there and I have no vehicle to get to work.Feldman Chevrolet of Novi

This complaint is for the Kia ******** not the Chevrolet ********. Customer opened a case with *** and *** did contact me about the car. *** Kia **** did contact me on this.*** issue with the car is as follows:Engine locked up due to not maintaining the car per ***** guidelines. *** engine has a large amount of sludge build up inside of it that caused the engine to fail. *** only way sludge gets built up inside of an engine is from lack of proper oil changes. I pulled dealer history and no maintenance records on file. I pulled car fax and verified the same thing; normal recommended maintenance has not been recorded. Both Kia ******** service representatives and Kia **** contacted me about this car and I reported all findings. Our rep declined good-will assistance. We provided ******** with a quote to replace the engine with a used engine and he declined the repairs.*** cars warranty has expired due to miles. *** ******** is registered as the 3rd owner and the warranty expired at ****** miles.Please feel free to call me if you have any questions.******************* Service Manager Feldman Kia Novi
