  I highly recommend Brasseurs Animal Removal for their outstanding service in removing rats from my property. They identified the source of the problem, removed all of the rats, and provided clear recommendations to prevent future infestations.   I had a groundhog that was digging holes around my garage and got ***** referred to me. He did a excellent job at catching and removing it and is a very nice guy and great at what he does would recommend him to everyone!

  We have been hearing noises in our attic for weeks.We called several companies and none would show up or ask for way too much money.***** came and did an inspection.Showed Us where squirrels were entering.Set a trap,did a repair and put a 5 year warranty on it.***** was beyond helpful and reasonably priced.Job well done.I would recommend Him

  Hired Brasseur's Animal Removal. LLC to trap & remove a raccoon from our property (soffit/roof eave). Responded promptly to our request for an inspection and estimate. The owner was knowledgeable. Provided recommendations in regards to modifications needed to prevent future encroachments. Explained in detail the process of trapping and removal of the animal. His fee was reasonable compared to other quotes I had received. The next morning after the trap was set I found that it contained 2 opossums! I called the owner to inform him and he responded that he would come out to remove them within a couple of hours as he was attending to other clients. He arrived approximately 2 hours later to remove the animals and re-set a new trap for the raccoon. Considering it was a Saturday and the fact that he was very busy, I thought his response time to be more than satisfactory. There was an additional charge for the service as it was not part of our original agreement (removal of raccoon). Taking into account that he had travel times to & from our residence, provided a new trap and the removal to a safe release location of the 2 captured animals, it was a fair price. While we are still working on the capture of the raccoon, I would not hesitate to use ********** again should I require another animal removal.

  I called them to remove a mother and 3 very small babies from a side attic found on a home inspection. I told him I wanted the mother and babies removed as humanely as possible. He quoted $250. He went to the home opened the side access door and removed the babies without the mother. They were smaller than a hand and very accessible. I asked about the mother and he said it would be another $100 to trap it. I was dealing with a water emergency at another property and could not deal with it at the moment and said I would follow up later. A few hours later, he is texting me asking for payment and said if I didn't pay in 45 minutes, he had the keys to my home and was putting the babies back. In hindsight, it was the best thing but I did not want him back in my home due to his unprofessional behavior. Then called and starting threatening me and telling me that I had 20 minutes to pay. I told him I will pay him when I was ready to and did not respond to threats. I also realized that discussing the mother was useless at that point. He called me a thief and a liar. I did not steal anything nor did I lie. I wanted him to do the service we discussed and did not know what do in the situation. I was really upset that he took the babies without the mother as I was clear I wanted. I thought he was going to leave a trap and keep them together. He sent a message that all my items were returned shortly after. He took the babies and put them through the mail slot that had an over 3 foot drop. The home was vacant. The only way I knew he did it is that the cameras picked up there cries. He is just terrible and terribly inhumane. His ****** reviews are fake as these probably are. His Yelp reviews are more accurate and reflect the business owner he is.

  Brasseurs Animal Removal does not get Paid when it is convenient for you.You were told to pay immediately after the animals were removed.The animals were removed at noon and at 630 pm you still have not paid by CashApp,Venmo or Zelle.Brasseurs Animal Removal has 0 concern about your personal problems with water or anything else going on in your personal life.If you are unable to make a payment than you must handle the problem on your own
