Shoddy/inept work, asked for them to review their work, no return call until they wanted pmt for a job half done. They refuse to compromise on the billing and now threaten collections Messages left with one employee were never shared with the other, acting as if my complaints were never received. My additional expenses due to this are of 0 consequence

Customer called in & had us close her pool on 10/22/21. No completes to our office prior to us calling her for the past due amount. Several attempts to contact her & no return phone call. After the office staff blocked the office number the customer answered the phone call. Our staff member then talked to her & the customer kept tell her that the opening was bad. We did not do her opening we did her closing last year (2021).The Customer called us & asked us to close her pool knowing she had additional expenses (our services are not free).

4/19/22 - LMOVM
6/23/22 - LMOVM
6/27/22 - LMOVM - That she owes on a balance.
7/18/22 - LMOVM - Called to let her know no service will be done till the bill was paid.
8/31/22 - Staff blocked phone # & talked with Customer. We told her that the bill was due or it would go to collections. Customer then asked if she could have 24hrs to think about it (paying or it going to collections). She never called back.
Customer decided to not call back.

I would never call CC Pools for service on my pool again, and would advise anyone else against using them. Two young men came to my home unannounced, proceeded to come into my fenced and gated back yard without notice, and had no clue what the issue was with me pool. They left without fixing anything, and leaving me a $128 service invoice. I emailed my complaint to the Co., but never received a return phone call for several months. When they finally did call me back, if was to threaten to send the invoice to collections. Pool owners BEWARE, they dont know what they are doing!
