       just moved into a house ordered a refrigerator that they had at a lower price than other stores. I brought it no problem they took the money out 3 hours later I get a call from their so called "manager" that started the whole call of with an attitude. She informed me that since my phone number is not attached to my billing address, they will be canceling the order due to not being able to verify me. One what do a phone number have to do with anything I asked her serval of times is there anything else i can do to provide its me ordering this refrigerator I have 3 kids (2 has autism) (try telling an autism child they can't have their milk or nuggets because the store cancelled their refrigerator so it's nowhere to keep the stuff) I informed her of this even offered to send a copy of my ID or go into the store to verify myself she gave me a flat out no her response was give us a phone number attached to your billing address or your order is cancelled. I asked to speak with her manager she refused stating she is the manager I asked to speak with someone higher than her she stated she has the "highest states at the company i cancelled your order" Ive never experience customer service like this and honestly i will never deal with ABC warehouse because of this issue. It took them 5 days to release my refund (that i was told will only be 24 hours) after they cancelled thats 5 days of no refrigerator in the house with 3 kids. If this is how yall represent yall company, I dont see how yall still in business.

      I purchased over $12,000.00 in appliances for 4 duplexes I built from the ******* Michigan ABC Warehouse store. I dealt with a salesman named *****. When I went to install the appliances in August all 4 Frigidaire refrigerators had identical door dents in the same place on the bottom right corners. In September ***** arranged for new doors to be shipped me. 3 months later the doors didn't come so **** ***** from ABC Warehouse had 4 new refrigerators shipped to my duplexes. Upon arrival all 4 refrigerators were dented in the same place. Today January 6, ******************************************************* a check for $250.00 after a $12,000.00 purchase. If that's the way ABC Warehouse feels about a 12k customer imagine how they will treat YOU!! If I wanted dented appliances I would have bought dented merchandise at half the price.

      My three year old refrigerator has a five-year extended warranty that we paid for. On December 23 my refrigerator and freezer stopped working. I called ABC warehouse right away and was assured that I would have an appliance repair company named ******** and electronics. call me that day. They explained that I probably would not have it resolved because of the holiday, which is understandable. I had not heard anything from them so I called back on December 26 for an update. ******** and electronics never received any information about a repair for my refrigerator. I called ABC warehouse to have the repair request sent over to them AGAIN. ******** and electronics said they still did not receive any repair request for my refrigerator. Now it is December 27 and again today I called ABC Warehouse three times after being disconnected with the service department twice to try and resolve my issue. I have lost all of my food, hundreds of dollars worth, and we have gone through Christmas and soon to be New Years without any food for my children. I have a newborn in the house and everything in my refrigerator and freezer has gone bad. ABC warehouse had to call ******** and electronics to give them the information over the phone. ******** and electronics called to inform me that they will not be able to send a repair man to assess my refrigerator issue until January 3. That is 11 days after I contacted ABC warehouse customer service. That is unacceptable. They also asked me to remove a panel from the back of my refrigerator to check if the compressor was hot or cold. I refuse to do that with something that is still under warranty. My children will be already back to school on January 3rd and I have no idea what Im going to feed them for school lunch because we have no way to even keep any thing cold or frozen. Why pay for an extended five-year warranty if the company will not follow through on time?

      *** customer service is a joke. They are not helpful and very rude. I have a 2.5 yr old ** refrigerator that is NOT working. Apparently the parts are on backorder and *** will not give me a timeline. I had 2 reps tell me they would call me back with an update. I have not heard from either one. One was named **** (sp?) ext 263. I lost alot of food and no offer of compensation was made. I spoke directly with ** and apparently there is a program for ******* appears that it may be 2 weeks before this is resolved. I was also told that the parts that they would order may not fix the issue. This is not acceptable. It is very difficult living out of a cooler especially that I just had surgery and cannot get ************* just lost me as a future customer

      DO not shop ABC warehouse. After fighting over a PAD for warranty, AFTER three repairs, my washing machine can finally be replaced. However due to the negligence with *** staff we will receive a whopping $421 for replacement. This company is a joke. If you are a woman/female you will be dismissed and disregarded. Some of you may suggest calling the corporate number. That is a bigger joke. Once they admit fault on their end if the consumer isn't happy with a half hearted apology and want to discuss further options you will be told to "shut your mouth and listen". I can guarantee if I was a male this situation would have been handled and dealt with differently. Shop here if you chose to but be warned. Hopefully their district manager Al has learned better communication skills by the time you have to speak to him with a complaint.

      I bought a ******* cat ****** chair for my husband who could not walk or lift himself and 4 months later chair broke and is under warranty and had multiple people out and call store thousands of times and said they would ship parts to my home in 2 months and it has been 7 and they don't care about the inconvenience or the struggle of my family and needless to say chair is not fixed all I get is I've tried to help and here's corporates number and they don't do anything either waste of time and money and they don't care they got there money.

      I purchased a refrigerator in March 2024 from ABC warehouse in ********, **. The refrigerator stopped working on August 3, 2024. I notified the business and was told the matter would be taken care of. I was told on August 5, 2024, that repairs to the refrigerator could not be completed for two weeks. I informed *** staff *** and ***** this will create a hardship due to my health issues. I am 78 years old, diabetic, CKD and high blood pressure and other health issues. I take insulin twice daily and another insulin once weekly. All insulins must be refrigerated. I am a widow with no family. I explained it is imperative that I have refrigeration. I asked if I could have the loan of a small size refrigerator. This request was denied. I feel this company's staff sold to me an item, a $900.00 refrigerator, that was faulty. They are denying me the right to have the ability to maintain my medical needs and has shown a disregard for my life. This company's representatives have demonstrated a lack of empathy, humanity and concern for its customers.

      I recently purchased a dishwasher at the ABC warehouse, located at ********************************************************There was a miscommunication with the manager in regards to having the old one uninstalled. There for, when they delivered my new one, they would not take the old one, even though I paid to have it removed, due to the fact that it was not uninstalled.When I called the store manager to try and set up another date to have the old one picked up they then wanted to recharge me a second $50 fee. He would not work with me on this, he was very rude and would consistently raise his voice and try to talk over me on the phone. In the end, he said he would check into it and call me back. That was two weeks ago and Ive yet to hear back from him.Second, I signed up for the ABC warehouse credit card and put it on the 18 months no interest plan. Since I received my credit statement, theyve charged me interest and it was not properly put on that plan.Needless to say, I have no desire to ever step foot in this store. Any ABC warehouse ever again. Customer service is absolutely nonexistent quality customer care is the worst I have ever dealt with.

      I purchased a new fridge in August of 2023. In June of this year, my refrigerator started making noise until it completely stopped cooling. I requested repair service on 6/25. A repair person came out on 6/28 to access the issue, and I was told that someone would be back in a couple of days for repair OR I would receive a new replacement. It is now 7/16. I have called several times for an update, and each and every time I call, I'm given an estimate of 2 days. Yesterday, a representative from *** called to inform me that someone would be out that same day or the next day to repair my fridge. Come to find out, that person lied, and now I am being told that it will be another week.
