the rules specifically state that you cannot live work or visit if you are a felon yet the main maintenance guy is a felon with multiple violent charges and drug charges. when he threatened me and threatened to have his mother in law who is park security to harass me I sat down with the owner. The owner then turned it around and said oh he doesn't work for me. when I stated I have seen him driving the company truck and he was just filling pot holes he back tracked and said that he does the jobs nobody wants to do. the owner then tried to change the conversation to how I need to clean my yard up. I had 2 toys on my patio my son was playing with a couple days prior and after the owner got loud and stormed out of the office to speed to my home and yell some more I moved them to my deck. he then stated no toys are allowed on the deck which is not a rule in the handbook. I stated this is retaliation for speaking up about the felon and he tried to say it wasn't. I then pointed out several other homes that are technically in violation of the rules and they still are in violation today. he stated he will be changing the rules to say no toys on decks because it is absolutely disgusting and trashy and he is trying to sell $150k homes And he can't have it looking like people or children live here. please beware if you are buying homes here; once he has you in the park he will treat you like absolute trash. I have video of him screaming at my neighbors how disgusting they are. he has serious anger issues and I was legitimately concerned he was going to either have a heart attack or get violent.
