My husband and I bought a washer and dryer for $626.20 altogether from this business on March 15th, 2023. Both the washer and dryer didnt work correctly after we brought them home, so **** came out and fixed our washer and told ** that he ordered a part for the dryer. The dryer is making a huge rumble and squeaking noise and sounds like it is going to quit working. A couple weeks went by without hearing anything about the dryer part, so I called asking for an update. I was told that the part still wasnt in and that they would call when it came in. A couple more weeks went by when I called again and they said the same thing about the part not being in yet. I called again a week later and once again was told theyre waiting for a part. Finally, I called for the last time on Monday May 15th and asked for a replacement dryer. I was told the part would be in within the next couple of days, so they wanted to just wait for that because they spent their money on the part to fix it. It has been a week since that phone call and I still havent heard anything from them. I am filing this complaint because it has been over 2 months since weve been told a part would be in for the dryer and nothing has been resolved.Business response

We are aware if the issue of the dryer it could still be used just gonna make a noise while running.
We ordered the part for the dryer but when receiving the part I opened it and it was the wrong part it was for a total different brand dryer.
We did contact them and let them know that ***** and let her know that the part was incorrect and I had to send it back and get the correct part. I sent the part out and was told as soon as they got the returned part they would ship the correct one. We did take them a loaner dryer until we are able to get the part and repair their **** and have it running correctly.
We have apologized every time we have spoke to them sometimes parts take longer to receive then you would think for example i ordered two parts last month on the 22nd and i am still waiting for them to be delivered and i called and asked about them and wasn't given a eta for them.
The dryer they bought went to a matching set that is why we decided to take them a loaner and not give them a replacement one cause we will get the part and fix theirs it is just a matter of when the part will be here and we would like to keep there set matching as that is what they purchased.
And as for the washer that was also repaired as soon as we were made aware of the issue .
Again we apologize for any inconvenience to the customer for the long wait of the repairing of their dryer.
