            Broke our lease at sunset ridge ***************** due to the lack of proper managment, health concern with the water Not being able to be bathed in, drank, wash clothes in or given to animals, as well as the constant vandalism and home invasions that were not taken seriously by the property or police. We gave them enough notice we forfeited our deposit and paid an extra $1300 to break our lease just for them to say that we owe close to 1000 more for property damages. I have pictures of the way that the house was left and none of our work orders Got taken care of From needing or deadbolt replaced from a break-in that we reported to having our AC and our heat since weve moved in Not working or nonexistent with multiple companies having to come out to quote fix Which ended up with them, ripping out the thermostat and installing a manual thermostat that didnt even work to having plumbing issues from day one where we were accused of putting rocks in this supposed brand new Trailer come to find out it was never cleaned out when the trailer was placed on the property yet we were blamed for it. We had no water for about five days when we moved in. I would not recommend This property or these people to anyone as they are literal scum just out for the money. The fact that no one in the office lives on property shouldve told us enough when we were touring the place We also gave verbal notice that we are moving out and sent an email but **** our paperwork it says that they were given no notification which was false. We physically walked up to the office and told them that we would be moving out by November 1 which we did they told us that was fine that we could leave the keys in the property. We would be forfeiting our deposit and we would have to sign a lease agreement which we did and paid about $1300 extra.
