I live in *********, ******. On April 19, 2022, I made two separate orders with this company. In one order, I ordered two boxes of Warbaroo food, and in the other order, I ordered four boxes. I would have made one order, but I didn't know I needed the additional four boxes until later. I received the order with two boxes delivered by ***** The other charge was shipped with **** The second order was a package that contained four boxes of Warbaroo animal food.k We never received the second order from this company. We reached out to *** and was told the shipper was the only one that could file a claim. When we reached out to Perfect Pets, we were told to contact *** and our local police department. We then called the Las ****************************** We were told to contact ***; they have their investigative team. They also said *** doesn't work with them dealing with packages stolen off our porch. I got *** a second time, was. I told the same thing, the shipper has to file a complaint. Now I am going in circles. I reached out again to Perfect Pets Inc and informed them of what needed to happen. They made a report to ***, but then nothing. The insurance covered their cost; they got paid twice. What about my money? Why haven't I been made whole again? I want the product I ordered.
