    Company does not honor their warranties. Once you have a roof they are done with you. My warranty specifically says 10 year warranty on workmanship I got my roof in 2015 and contacted them most recently 2023. A female answers the phone and say Manuel will get back with me. They never do. I call them a second time she says they are busy and will get back with me. They never do. I call them a third time and it goes into voice mail from here on out and no one calls me back. I then sent emails and no one answers those. We had water gushing into our house whenever it rained and this needed to get done especially with winter coming. And I had similar issues happen in the past when I call them, and look online it seems to be a common experience. Manuel Roofing. They should be investigated. I ended up having to spend $450 to get this fixed when Manuel should have.
