    They made my heart stop and killed me on 4/15/24. Luckily I was already in the we for 8 hours waiting to be seen and then they extended my stay by 7 days because they neglected to check me over before giving me medications. They told me they were looking into it and I have heard nothing since.

    I am disappointed with Corewell Health. since taking over Beaumont Health System, they do not have the same compassion for patients. Their pursuit of past due medical bills is absurd as well. Hiring debt collectors to use questionable practices to change payment agreements and increase medical bill payments to an extreme amount. When patients want minority and female empathy from a doctor, it is met with defensive actions to intimidate patients into submission and forego their patient rights. I am thankful for Patient Advocates who mitigate and rein in these rogue and disrespectful doctors. Corewell Health needs to respect everyone in our community and need to make their doctors more sensitive to specific patient needs.

    Took my daughter to the hospital for stomach painsthey took her vitals and we went straight to the back they had urinate in a cup..we go back to her room they said her urine was mixed up with the others and they need another oneso now we wait until she have to go againthen we wait another hour for ultrasoundafter that no one came to the room to let me know anythingnot to mention I hear them talking about a patient that has a disability and k know this because I know the girl personally Im sure thats a violation of HIPPAAthats very unprofessional to know the employees talk about the patient's not coolthen finally I said something to a employee I had been there 4 hours with no info the doctor finally come in give me a paper saying my baby need to follow up with someone then left out again saying he have to go to someone else so now Im sitting her still at 9:30pm got her at 4:000pm still dont know anything and my daughter stomach still hurting if anything happen to my child be a of the lack of communication I will be suing them!

    The treatment I received during my recent visit to the neurology department at Beaumont Royal Oak Hospital by ******************************* was horrible. ****************** was one of the worst doctors *** ever worked with. *** never had a doctor ****** in such an inappropriate manner. The actions of ****************** were highly unprofessional and insensitive. Due to the unprofessional behavior of this doctor and his inability to properly communicate medical advice, I requested to no longer receive treatment from him. I wouldnt recommend anyone to receive care from ******************.

    Im writing this review on my last visit to Corewell (Beaumont) *******. I visited the ** early am on 4/14/23. ** was initially busy and I got a bed in the Hallway, which is acceptable. I was evaluated by a medical student and then the attending *********** stopped by, took a very brief history and I dont even remember if she did an exam. She ordered an ekg and troponins. *********** stopped by again for couple minutes and requested cardiology consult. Cardiologist stopped by and ordered CT scan of the heart and echo. Nursing staff were not stopping by or updating me about the plan. The morning time nurse checked on us few times, the noon nurse was careless and didnt even introduce herself to us besides not checking on a 60 year old lady with chest pain. The tests were resulted for more than 10 hours and I was not updated. I felt that there was no communication among the medical staff. I asked the tech to let that nurse know that Im requesting water to hydrate my kidneys after the ct scan and she ignored my request despite I was not even required to stay fasting. I remained in the hallway for more than 12 hours and they had plenty of rooms empty without moving me into those room even after asking for that. I wanted to leave the hospital as I felt disrespected and their treatment for me was inhumane. They even ignored my request to leave against medical advice for almost an hour. I strongly recommend for you to go to a different ** if you need that in the future

    On July 18th, 2022, my wife and I went to visit *********************** office. We did not receive proper treatment, care or diagnosis from **********************. Dr. ********** office has submitted that we did receive proper treatment. He did not prescribe any medication for my wife. He did not give proper treatment for her rash or give any explanation on the results for her lab results. He recommended a hydrocortisone cream which we told him doesnt work on my wife. He had nothing to say. My wife did call him but he never returned her calls. *************** shield is asking for a payment of $245 and we disagree because she still has the medical problems and nothing was solved. We do not agree with paying the amount that ********** demands that we pay.
