              I was disappointed in the power washing and driveway sealing by this company. The finish in my opinion was uneven, I believe they missed spots, and applied too much sealer in other spots which led to air bubbles. I would not recommend this company. My experience was very disappointing.

              From our standard waiver: "After the sealer has been applied and allowed to dry there is a possibility that the driveway will appear, spotty, streaky, and/ or uneven in appearance. There also may be areas that appear to have been missed. This is more common with older aggregate and particularly ***** aggregate due to its varying shades of color prior to being sealed. Morris Family Window and Gutter Cleaning has no control over how the aggregate is going to react to the sealer and are not liable if the appearance is not satisfactory to the client. If the client wants sealer re-applied to any portion of the aggregate the cost will be calculated and added to the final invoice price."Client's driveway had previously been sealed with a red tinted sealer, but only in portions. Client demanded a second coat, but refused to pay for it after process was started. No payments beyond deposit were paid until after we took legal action against them and second coat still hasn't been paid for.

              Client also stated he would get a professional opinion verifying that his complaints are legitimate. It is weeks later and all that has been done is he has complained here and on yelp. Meanwhile, we have had the work verified as done well and correctly by a ***** and a person who works at our sealer supplier.

              The businesss response demonstrates what you can expect with this disappointing business. The business did not do a good job initially. I pointed that out, so the business said they would put a second coat at the businesss expense. Specifically, the business said the first coat wasnt its best work and said they used the wrong roller. So then they applied another coat which went from one extreme to another and put way too much sealer down in spots. When I pointed out the issues, the business did not try to address the issues but instead just threaten lawsuits, even though I just asked what they could do to try to make it right. This business will blame the customer for their mistakesthat was my experience. I would stay away from this company.
