      I purchased a home several months ago, and found about one month ago that the furnace was not igniting. My home is covered by a one-year warranty from ******** **** ******. The week of October 24th, I contacted ******** **** ****** about the situation; they set up a work order and assigned a contractor, A J****** Heating & Cooling, to come to my house. Aaron J****** came to my house on October 28th, inspected my furnace, and said that he would be back soon with the correct part for the repair. He came again the next day, October 29, but said that he was unable to fix the furnace with the part he had gotten. He left and said that he would reach back out once he was able to figure out the problem. Since then, I have not been able to get ahold of Aaron at all. I have left him multiple texts and voicemails with no success. I have also called the warranty company, ******** **** ******, three separate times. Each time, they have also tried to get ahold of the technician without success. They have tried opening up another work order on November 15 which the technician also never responded to The next step is for ******** **** ****** to escalate the situation to the Contract Negotiations department, but this process will take close to another week and their only solution would be to either contact the technician like we have already been trying to do, or get a new technician - which will take several more weeks. I also researched * ******* ******* *** ******* on ****** and found at least 10 reviews from customers who went through the same issue that I am - where the technician came out initially but then disappeared and never responded to further requests. At this point it has been nearly a month without a working furnace, and I would sincerely appreciate the technician coming out and finishing the job as soon as possible. Thank you for your help and please let me know if you need any additional information.
