      I purchased Lipo Boosters on Friday, June 30, 2023 at the Medical Weight Loss Delta Township (*******) office. I was informed that I would likely be approved due to no preexisting conditions and will receive my first injection on Wednesday, July 5, 2023. I was told on Wednesday I cannot get the injection because there is no order for release. I was approved on Friday, July 7, 2023 but the nurse, *****, will be in ************* on Sunday, so to go there. The ************* is closed on Sunday. I went to the Delta Township (*******) office on Monday, July 10, 2023. I was told *****, the nurse, is at the ************* and to go there for my lipo injection. It was a little after 5:30 pm. Today, Wednesday, July 12, 2023, ***** called me and said they do not have the lipo booster shipment in yet, so I shouldn't come to office. She'll call me when they arrive. I've asked for my money back but they will not give it to me. Also, they continue misdirect me from receiving the product.

      Prepaid for wegovy shot. I didnt tolerate the medication well. I asked for the money back that I had prepaid for and was told no. They said they dont issue refunds but they failed to communicate that when I paid. That said I could use the 30 dollars toward another service. I dont want another service I want my money back.
