We hired alternative lawn care to do our snow removal for 2023-2024 season. On January 11th when we had the huge snowstorm, they never showed up, we called and were told we were still on the schedule for that day, Friday morning they never showed up, saturday they never showed up, Sunday they never showed up, my husband called multiple times and sent multiple emails. Monday the 15th we called and spoke with ***, he apologized said hed get us a refund. Tuesday some guy showed up at 7:30pm, I told him they had been fired and he could leave. On January 31st left a message, didnt hear anything so I called again on Feb 2nd, spoke with ****, he said he would get us out a refund check, as he said, I know we showed up at least one time (it was on the 9th of January) Fast forward to Feb 14, again Spoke with ****, he said wed see a check by Friday. I explained to him that if we had not received it then I would take measures to report the company. Feb 16th my husband spoke with ***, he said the check was cut and in the mail. Here we are today Feb 28th and we still have not seen a check. Im not sure if we will ever see a check or not, but I am very upset that this company who has had our money paid in full since Nov 9th when they cashed our check, does not seem to stand by their promise. Its been a month and a half since we first spoke with them about this issue. Very disappointed and would never recommend them.
