      I contacted 4 front credit union 5/2023 regarding a home equity line of credit. I waited 2 months and was finally contacted by a loan officer in the loan department in ***********************************. He ran a hard credit inquiry 7/19/2023 He then called me back and said he lost my information and re-ran another hard credit inquiry 7/20/2023 the very next day. This is reflected on my credit report in which I have tried to resolve until this very day. I contacted the Branch Loan Manager and she took over the loan information and documents from the previous loan officer. She then had to run my credit report a 3rd time. The loan was approved and had no other issues.There is NO reason why the 2 first hard inquiries are not taken off my credit report for a mistake 4 front credit union made through the first loan officer. I've tried several people in the branches to resolve this issue with not even one phone call or letter.

      I was speaking to Forefront about getting another loan because we have loans with them already. On April 27th they ran my credit without my permission they also ran my husband's credit without his permission this has affected my credit score tremendously and I clearly stated to them I did not want them to run my credit score I just wanted to talk about what our options were. When I spoke to Forefront they tell me that they did not run my credit and very clearly shows they did. I call them several times over the last two weeks no one has returned my calls I've called again and left a message still waiting on someone to get back with me with my concern about them running my credit without my permission.

      Ive had a credit card since July 202 1with this credit union and have had. 0 balance for 8 months and asked for a replacement card and was told they were not issuing a new card because of late payments I would have no problem with this if it was true I had made a late payment years ago and caught it back up immediately. I continued using the card for a year and Im being told that they dont have to issue a new card to anyone they dont like it does not matter how long you have had it or if you dont make any late payments I have banked with 4front for 30+ years and recently had a break up with one of there employees and I truly believe that is why I am being treated like this. Because I was told when I called the card was active and they will issue a new card well it never came ordered another card never came today I was treated absolutely terrible and unethically belittled for no reason 1st was told I made to many late payments in a row. I ask when did I. Then was told that it was because I was 90 days late I ask when was this. Then after looking and seeing theres absolutely no reason why I should be treated like this they tell me they really dont need a reason why they can cancel any card at anytime. Well this effects my credit score if they do report it closed it will automatically look like it was closed for something that I didnt do the card was never canceled has had a 0 balance and I know that everyone I talked to there said it was open and would send a new card. So I feel like I should be treated like anybody else. Just because of who I know and what happens outside there walls shouldnt mess my credit up. Im sure they think that they can do this that is why Im making a complaint. I called mastercard to be told its good and wanted to transfer me back to 4front for a new card im done with them ******** somewhere else but losing a card should not make it ok to cancel it years since I even used it. Its being done to hurt me plain and simple

      Went into the branch in ******** to payoff a car loan on 1/16/24. The transaction took nearly an hour to complete. Then two months later, received a late notice for the January payment! Because the person who handled the payoff didn't inform me that the January payment wasn't included in the payoff amount, they are now expecting that "payment" plus interest plus late fees. Absolutely ridiculous that this is allowed!

      I am not responsible for this debt with 4FRONT CREDIT UNION, it has been paid in full after miss communication as I have been moving around and I have not used 4FRONT CREDIT UNION in a long time apparently there was a charge and they only mailed my previous address. It is paid in full and should be closed and not have an impact on my credit please and thank you.

      My fianc passed away in July I was listed as beneficiary on his accounts they refuse to release the money to me which told me to take a check written in his name and see if I could get it written in my name then the family filed for the check through the courts this was $6,800 there was over $5,000 in his account at passing and 5 days later somehow there was $1,700 they gave the brother banking info and print outs when he was not the executor or next of kin. The brother took the truck which had payments on it through 4front back to AZ with their permission and the family has been making $700/month payments while also draining my finances account. They refuse to call me or tell me whats going on we werent married but we were together 15 years I lost everything when I lost him and they made **** sure they took every ***** he had

      I had been doing my banking with 4front credit union for 15 years. In the last year, weve had multiple $25 charges, even after switching banks. They would never be able to tell us what they were for, or if they did, they were incorrect. But they try to make the member feel stupid for not understanding. We have lost over $100 because of this.

      my ex-wife ***** opened credit cards without my knowledge and also loans with fraudulent transactions in my name, I contacted the bank many times because the companies would like the statement the bank wants to charge me, plus 2 accounts I don't have any access to my name. I have a report of police and identify theft also FTC fraud, I want my money back and access to about 2 accounts in my name plus a statement, she had a power return, but she used not good faith plus late fees and fraudulent transactions
