      I cannot believe how unethical and crooked this credit union is. I am in the process of getting a mortgage and contracted 4front about there inadequate reporting. I made the mistake of telling them I was not interested in a mortgage through them. I have had 16 loans a credit card and co-signed 3 loans through them with terrible service and unbelievably terrible treatment. They were reporting a charge which still isnt fixed after multiple attempts requests and proof in the last 3 months they have closed my checking account are reporting that I asked to cancel my credit card and a loan I was co-signed on was paid off never late but is being reported as closed they have done absolutely everything they can to trash my credit score knocking it down almost 100 points. Dont not trust anyone there they have destroyed my credit for years because I went to a competitor

      This credit union refused to allow me to close my account when I moved out of the area. They claimed that I had a security word , even though I have no memory of setting it up. They have absolutely NO work around except to come in a branch in person. I live 200 miles away from the nearest branch! I had to let the account go, and after 2 months of $5 fees, they closed my account AND instantly reported me to the credit bureau for a charged off account even though I paid it off! My credit dropped by over 100 points! This is not my first negative experience with them. Unfortunately, this is the way these people do business!

      Stay away from 4 front credit union ,tried closing the account they wouldn't close it because money owed to the credit card, they like to make threats ,like saying well this isn't going to end well for you.if I could give them a **** I would.

      Worst Credit Union with wirst cystomer service.Made all credit card payments on time, provided statements from institution payments were made on time from, and provided ACH Trace Numbers. They still say I have not made last two payments and are not willing to even contact the card servicing company. Very disappointed with 4front customer service. I will be looking for a new banking institution.

      I do not have an account here and will never get one, they treated me like a criminal when i wanted 2 rolls of quarters to do laundry and didn't want to give them to me because i didn't have an account. the tellers there are good people and have always made me feel welcome before this, in fact, they almost had me talked into getting an account, but this was a manager of some kind, who watched me for the 10 minutes or so i was in line, said they would give me quarters this one time but can't because i don't have an account, even though i have been getting them there for 3 months. They way she said this was rude so I told her i guess i wont be getting an account then, here's where it was weird, the manager says "its ok im watching him" and then the teller sets the quarters down on the counter.... watching me for what? am i a criminal because i want rolls of quarters for laundry or what? maybe this company needs to hire real managers that aren't rude and profiling people based on work clothes. i have actually never been more offended in a customer service situation like this in my entire life. im not a *****************, i have a college education, personal loans, car loans, credit cards and dont need to be treated like this by a company that cant even give me a better interest rate than i already have... and doesn't want to give me rolled quarters for laundry! In my opinion this summarizes my experience today with this company in the ********* branch.

      My credit is ruined.Until recently, I had a checking account through 4Front that sat empty most of the time. Due to a clerical error, my account was charged $100 to pay for a streaming service I forgot was linked to my card. My account was overdrafted despite me explicitly stating, in writing, that I didn't want that to be possible, since the account was most always empty. I struggled to pay off the balance, all the while getting email after call after letter literally threatening me if I didn't pay off the negative balance by August 29th, lest my account be charged off. At 9:30 PM on August 28th, I pulled together the funds an attempted to transfer them, only to find my account had already been charged off. They lied to me, and now my credit will suffer for the better part of a decade. I'm 23. Also, their service people are incredibly rude. The woman I spoke to was nasty to me and even nastier to my partner (she literally asked them if they were "going to keep arguing with her"), all the while offering no solutions for their failure and attempting to blame me, my partner, the automated system they built & use; anything but themselves. Caveat emptor, I guess.
