    04/01/2024 ************ is trying to strong arm me, refusing to cancel my services with there company and stated they will continue to Bill me for equipment and monthy service. And they have a yearly fee of $183.00 that the person who help me set up this service doesn't advice you of from the beginning. I sent back there equipment in December 2023., but they sent me another piece of equipment I didn't want. and on top of that was unable to locate this equipment on my account. It changed my monthly fee from $29.00 a month to $54.00 that I didn't not request. I have called multiple times and they are refusing to send a return label or close my account until I pay the past due for months i didn't use there services and stated they will continue to bill monthly service fee until I pay the bill owed. THIS IS A RIP OFF AND THEY NEED TO BE STOPPED!!

    I'm trying to shut down my account through the but the phone numbers are no longer valid and the representative is unreachable. I am still being charged each month, but nobody can assist me in shutting down the account.

    I was attempting to purchase a car using a credit card, and Pay Anywhere was the merchant processor the dealership used. I was out of state. Pay Anywhere flagged the transaction as fraudulent which would have been no big deal had they blocked the charge. However, instead, they held $20,000 of my money and refused to release it. They then said they would release $10,000 and then would release the other $10,000 "when I had proof I had the car (though they did not state what constituted proof). Because I'm out of state the dealership would not release the car until the funds were released. So now we're in a catch 22 where I cannot get the car and they will not release the funds.

    I've accepted 2 payments from one of my biggest customers via credit card. I hired pay anywhere to process my payments. They bypassed the original vetting protocol as per their own company policy, and have now had 1000$ of mine held ****** with no intention of releasing it, although they've paid themselves from my money

    I sold items that were paid for by credit card.....Now the machine that took the info won't give me my money we never signed a contract or agreed to anything. I won't the funds that are owed to me.

    They fraudulently took a payment during the initial application for a device that they still have not sent and when I chose not to work with this company after they lied about working with CBD companies, they are refusing to refund the money because I closed my account.

    I had a complaint on June 3 2023, I got a response June 8 2023, and June 16 2023. Complaint being not receiving credit card processing Service for amount of $5100.00. The resolution was I signed a contract they could hold funds for 120 days and told BBB 120 They told me 120 days and **** (office mgr) *** told 120 days Oct. 2 2023. I called on Oct 2 , requested to transfer funds , I than was told 24 hrs to fund. Now I received an email saying 180 days , 60 more days with no explanation.I need my money , there hasn't been any disputes or chargebacks and the processing company spoke to the cardholder which she stated services complete , super pleased with the job and would not be disputing charges .I need a copy of your response to my original complaint to verify it says 120 days email is ************************************* And I need you to follow up with this new complaint and confirm we were told 120 days and time is up , to transfer funds immediately !Thank you ************************* roadrunnermoversandstorage **********

    They want me to pay the hidden fees, including the ones added without informing me properly via correspondence, till end of contract term, ****. Its definitely a fraudulent company taking down small businesses. Its a nightmare. Please protect other businesses not aware of their fraudulent activities.

    I was told that the monthly fees for a credit card processing machine would be $25.00 a month and there would be no service charges. The first fee was $19.95 but the next month it processed for $59.90, I did one transaction and they took out service charges! When I went to cancel, I was told I had to pay a $990.00 cancellation fee by the company and that the contract was for three years. I was told none of this by *** *****. They said *** ***** (cell number ************, email ****************************) who works for payanywhere, could waive that but he said then he would have to pay it then and stop responding to my texts. I also never received a copy of any contract via email, I just checked again in case I over looked it, checked email trash and spam folders and nothing! I cannot afford that kind of money, that is why I am losing sleep!

    On January 6th I talked to a representative from pay anywhere his name is *******************. He told me by switching to this app it would cost me $40 a month to use their credit card service app and I wouldn't have to pay any other fees. And I can cancel anytime for free. What he didn't tell me was that my clients would be charged a additional fee along with my price. That means my clients would be charged extra money without their knowledge. On January 10th another representative called me from pay anywhere and told me my account was approved and she was going to help me with the setup process. I ASKED her about the fees and asked her was all I was going to be charged was the $40 a month. She told me yes but the credit card fees would be charged to my clients. I told her that would not work for me and I didn't want to go ahead with the setup for this account. ***** had me sighn a contract before I knew that my clients would be charged the credit card fees. I never even used their service or received the credit card reader. As soon as I found out that pay anywhere was going to charge my clients, I told them I didn't want to use them I feel that I should not be responsible for the contract seeing that ***** mis lead me and I never used their service. The number I originally called was for my square app however this number directed me the this representative from pay anywhere. ***** decided me that he was from the square app.
