    This business is represented by ****** and seem to not care! They make up unrealistic charges and keep your money! At this point I am owed $593.53 OF MY MONEY TGAT THEY REFUSE TO DEPOSIT! And on top of that I have been charged *** fees because of it!

    Risk department prize funds to verify a transaction. They then refused to call the customer to verify for 3 days I begged them. They told me they would call me back they never did they told me they would contact the customer they never did. After 2 days if BEGGING. They finally reached out and how the told the client made her think she was spending additional money. They confused the client on purpose so that she wouldn't verify properly the transaction. I reach out to customer she explained that they confused her like ai thought and that she was ready to verify the transaction. We called risk together and they told her that they can't verify right now because of the 3way call. I said play what if I disconnect he said no it doesn't matter. She needs to call us. My customer who spent money has to call them because THEY are too lazy and don't want to fix the issue. The customer told them please call her so she doesn't have to go thru all the hoops of getting to the right department again. He told her okay that they will call and they NEVER called. So now it's Satyrday and ofcourse the office is closed. Yet they send me an email today telling me the customer needs to call them. They are holding tens of thousands of dollar's not just from my company but from other companies that I know and work with. Be aware of this Do not open a merchant with them. They are deliberately sabotaging my business and actively holding funds as long as they can while doing everything in their power to slow down to process and not release the funds. It's a huge scam don't open a merchant account with them.

    PayAnywhere/North American Bancard operates under a veil of deception and incompetence that permeates every aspect of their business. The leadership, *********************** and corporate staff, deliberately shield themselves from customer interactions, hiding behind an army of call center and remote support staff who seem to lack any semblance of autonomy or genuine care for customers. Attempts to escalate concerns to management are met with a brick wall of scripted responses and a frustrating lack of accountability.Customer service is a nightmare, characterized by poor English skills among representatives and a shocking absence of empathy. Engaging with their support staff feels like conversing with robots programmed to recite predetermined scripts, leading to prolonged wait times and unresolved issues that leave customers feeling unheard and undervalued.The company's software development is plagued by incompetence, manifesting a slew of technical glitches that have serious implications for users. Reports generated by their software are inaccurate, potentially leading to legal complication. Transactions are marred by errors such as inflated tip amounts and unauthorized charges, causing confusion and frustration for customers. Hardware malfunctions are common, with devices freezing during transactions and requiring frequent reboots, disrupting business operations and causing unnecessary delays.In a blatant display of disregard for customer rights, they arbitrarily imposes new fees in violation of contractual agreements, showing a blatant disrespect for transparency and fair business practices. When faced with legitimate complaints and disputes, the company resorts to predatory debt collection tactics, harassing individuals over contested charges and demonstrating a complete lack of willingness to engage in meaningful dialogue with customers.

    i have been with this company for almost a year, first they held my money for almost 2 weeks. they said they didn't have all my info. witch i had given them. than they were charging me and the customer. got that figured out. and now couldn't sign into my account tryed to reach them for 4 hrs said they would call back in 30 min. still no call. you do not get your money from them on the weekend. I hope this helps others. Very POOR business. i have lost money because there charges do not work all the time and you cannot get a hold of pay any were.

    I have been unable to login on our POS device. It keeps telling me invalid credentials, I'll click on the reset password and they email me a link to reset it and it keeps saying invalid token. I call the 800 #'s provided and it rings and then I get busy signals. If you are a busy business that processes lots of credit card transactions I'd suggest you to look elsewhere when it comes to finding a Credit ************************ This company is absolutely horrible, 1 star is way too many for this company. I've been trying to login to our device since 9AM this morning and it's now 2:04 and I still can't login.

    NEVER AGAIN. every month it is something else. Now they want a copy of my bank account because I went over the limit of charging???? It is not the limit that was set. I always thought they were a scam company and now I see all of the bad reviews on here i'm pretty sure of it. random charges appear on my account. They tell me lies about whatever I'm asking about. They shuffle you back and forth about 20 times every time I call hoping that you will get tired and hang up.

    ****************** I have been trying to cancel my account with them since November of 2020. I call every month, I returned my equipment and paperwork to cancel, and they continue to debit my account.

    world's worst customer service. I would give it a zero if i could. Allowed a charge back of over $6k without even tellng me about the dispute and before doing an investigation. Massively screwed up my account. Would not correct its error. Lied to me repeatedly and then terminated my account after falsely stating that i had violated the terms of the contract. I have a letter into the President of the Company. I am about to *** them for fraud, amongst other things.
