      My 2022 marketplace health insurance was provided by ** Health and Life insurance through **************************** Thats what is printed on the bill. I switched to another marketplace health insurance carrier on 01/01/2023 through healthcare.gov. This is very normal to switch insurance during my 8 years experience with marketplace health insurance. No other carriers would keep billing me after I enrolled new plan with another carrier at healthcare.gov. But Ascension US Health & Life is so different that they keep sending me bill even though I am no longer insured with them as I enrolled with other carrier for my 2023 marketplace (Obamacare) health insurance. I was trying to call the number on the bill ************ to ask them stop sending me bill, but no one answers the call after I hold for over 1 hour! I tried several times at their working hours, holding at least 40 minutes and no one ever answered! I then tried to email them with the email address printed on the bill, I emailed 3 times, then got an automated reply saying the email is not monitored,please call ************, the number that Ive been calling many times with no answers! Not sure if this company is a scam or not, non of the contact info printed on the bill is working! Their website has the least info you can find. And I am still getting the bill sent by them with each months premium accumulated to over a thousand dollars! Thats really annoying! I dont know how to reach them to ask them stop sending the useless bills. I glad that I didnt select them for my 2023 coverage! I have no choice to contact BBB.
