      Terrible and they refuse to cancel policies that i called to cancel MONTHS ago. I am still receiving charges despite reaching out on the phone and emails. Now their phone systems direct you to a web portal, you cant even call to sort out the issues. Do not ever make the mistake of signing up for such a terrible insurance group. This is a SCAM and they are completely unhelpful. Poor business practice is an understatement.

      I got Health Insurance through the marketplace on healthcare.gov. I signed up with Bright Healthcare on autopay. Last re enrollment was busy so I just let it roll over. I started getting odd bills from a life insurance company last month. I tried to figure out what it was about with no luck. This month I got a second bill so I knew I needed to figure this out. I called billing and was on hold for 1 hour 30 minutes and eventually gave up. I connected social media no reply. I called the social media number got in touch with a nice rep hired to handle complaints. He couldn't tell me what was going on just someone would reach out in 5 days. On a hunch seeing health care on the letter I called Bright. Turns out they went out of business last year and I was rolled over into a new company without my permission or even knowledge. No phone call. No letter. I don't even have a healthcare card or know anything about the policy! And thanks to our brilliant government I'm stuck with this nonsense until next enrollment period.
