This company has continuously called me multiple times per day for the last several days despite being told each time to no longer call. Each time I was told they would put me on the do not call list. Each call comes from a different number every single time. This most recent call I was told they keep calling because its a different employee each time. I have never requested information from or contacted this company prior to these harassing calls.Business Response

This company has consistently call me numerous times each day harassing me about a mortgage that I didn't ask them for I have told them from the first time they've called me not to call me because I was not interested then they started calling my wife and she told him not to call her she was not interested I have received 3 phone calls and 2-3 texts messages from them this morning this is harassment should I call the police and file a complaint against them because we all know that the only reason they're trying to jam me down is because they're going to make $6000 off of it if they can't convince me to refinance with them I know it's a RIP off because I called my current mortgage company and two other mortgage companies and they say that they're going to save me about 40 to $100 a month while the company makes out six grand in closing costs out of my money this is a scheme to take advantage of veterans and their family members I think this company should be contacted directly by your company to make sure that they understand that the veterans of this country don't need their extra phone calls if we tell them no we know what no means, my current bills and credit score is none of their business. if you guys can't do anything about it please let me know what the next step would be will it be a lawyer or should I file a legal complaint through the ******************** for harassment over phone lines and computer I just need you guys guidance because I want thought because I don't want to say something on a recorded line that I wouldn't want my mother to hear me saying to somebody thank you in advance for your timeBusiness Response

I do, however, find it quite unfortunate that it takes complaints and bad reviews for the repeated requests of consumers to be honored. I will certainly never consider doing business with Mortgage Pros as a result.Regards,

3/3/2025 and 3/4/2025 Company has been calling non stop all day yesterday and today. They even have contacted me on a Blocked number with no caller id and its the same guy who i talked to before. This is now harassment at this point. I have stated multiple times to stop contacting me and its still happening.Business Response

They have called me non-stop. To the point its almost harassment. I will literally pick up the phone to tell one caller that I am not interested and get another call from them while on the phone. I counted 22 calls in 45 minutes. I will be seeking further action if this continuesBusiness Response

The people at mortgage pros keep calling me. Ive asked them to put me on their do not call list and they ignore me and just calling. They also constantly use a different number so I cant even block the number. And just to make it a little worse, I liveon the ********** so they start calling me at 6 AM. For the past couple of weeks Mortgage Pros is calling multiple times a day, unsolicited.I have told multiple people we are not refinancing and to please stop calling me. Then I blocked the number they called from, but they just use multiple numbers.I was told on one of the calls after asking why they were suddenly calling me that they were forwarded my information.If I were to refinance in the future, I will never use them due to the multiple calls.Business Response

Aggressive phone calling, and when you ask to be added to their Do Not Call list, they act as if they did not hear you. A person actually responded to me, No, youre going to stay on the list then hung up. These people operate like scammers from another country, they dont even inform you of the name of their company or who they are. Im planning to file a civil suit for harassment if the calls continue.Business Response
