I was just looking for a new leased vehicle, my current one was done is August 2023, and the salesman told me that I could buy out the lease and when it was time to trade it in, there loan on the car would dissolve and I wouldnt have to worry about any negative equity on the car.I tried to get a new lease and was told that my car is $10,000 less than the loan so unless I have $11,000 for a down payment, I cannot get a new vehicle, I was flat out lied to to to get a quick deal for the salesman.Initial Complaint

Purchased a vehicle brand new. Arrived with a dent on the door, they wouldnt fix it. Scheduled an oil change for today and when I was in the phone to schedule it I was assured it would be less than $100. When I got to my appointment they said it was $175. I left and have been trying to contact a manager to no avail.Initial Complaint

the dealership calls me asking to resign the lease agreement, I have made 4 payments to bank and they want to change contract because they made a mistake. On 11/01/22 this car dealership pulled my credit without my permission. I spoke with Managers ******************************* and ******************* who advised that they would have the credit inquiry removed from my credit file on 11/02/22. This was not the case. They advised I would receive a confirmation email with the credit inquiry, removal. I never received a confirmation email and Ive called every week since 11/2 trying to speak with someone for assistance, and no one has returned any of my phone calls. I had a very terrible experience while car shopping at the dealership. They were very aggressive. They spoke to me in a very unprofessional and demeaning Manor after I decided to go elsewhere to purchase my vehicle. I did not authorize this credit pull and I need this credit inquiry removed off of my credit file.Initial Complaint

I leased a brand new vehicle from this dealership and since I am in a different state they gave me a temporary plate and they told me that I would be receiving a ************ plate in the mail. After 2 weeks I did not receive a plate for the vehicle, I contacted them and they sent me another temporary plate. Since then I have been continually contacting them about this issue and received no response. I notified them that my temporary plate was going to expire and I requested a new one. I was told that they cannot issue any more temporary plates and I emailed them asking when I would be receiving a new plate and received no response. I finally was able to get in touch with someone and was told that they didn't know when I would be receiving it and that it is in the hands of a third party.At this point, I have a brand new leased vehicle that I am paying over $1,000 per month for that I can no longer drive. Not only do I have to pay for it but I also have to rent a car while I wait and have no idea if or when I will receive a plate for this vehicle. I have called and emailed managers and employees of the company and they refuse to speak to me.If I do not get a response I will be forced to take legal action to get a resolution.
