1 starI came in looking for used car, found one I like and came back a week later for it. Test drove it twice and had no issues. Less than 2 minutes off the lot engine light comes on, breaks squeak and change oil comes on. I take it back in the next day. And the oil just wasnt reset as for the other two issues they told me to kick rocks bc I signed a no warranty. It was less than two minutes off the lot! They denied to help me in any way shape or form wouldnt compromise with me. Or offer a solution. The manager told me I am out of luck. Extremely poorly ran business. They have no empathy or understanding. I hope no one else becomes a victim like myself. I was told there was a 172 point inspection on the car then later told by the manager that they dont do that on used cars. So I was lied to from the jump. They gave me a key fob with out a key so its useless.. I truly hope I am the last victim of this immorally ran businessReview fromRAFE J

1 starI sent this to ****** ***** General Manager,I came into your dealership to lease a truck back in ******, 2024 and unfortunately, I haven't had the enjoyment of driving it for over a month. My vehicle has had to be sent back to your dealership on two occasions (June 17th - July 16th) & (August 5th to present). The last communication I had with ***** was on Aug 23, 2024, via text stating " we still don't have a timeline when your truck will be ready, and we haven't forgot about you". It is September 28th, and I still don't have my truck. My resolution is to be put into another truck equivalent to the link provided or your dealership can purchase this vehicle back and I can take the equity to purchase another truck. The general manager until this day of Sept 28th 2024 has not email, called me back or tried to contact me. I still don't have my 2025 Ram 1500 Laramine and the dealership is not responding, taking my calls or email. They leave me no choice but to get my lawyers involved. I wouldn't have given them a star at all because of their lack of customer service. Jeremery (general manager) is a man who doesn't keep his word, who has no integrity and does not take accountability. I would NEVER deal with this company and may think twice about purchasing another Chrysler vehicle.Review fromTracy C

2 starsWe love our 2023 ***** Traverse that we picked up two days ago. The salesman and finance person were courteous and helpful. However, we were disappointed with some aspects of the customer service experience.Firstly, we scheduled a specific time to visit the dealership to see the car, and the salesman assured us it would be cleaned and ready. When we arrived, the car was filthy inside and out.Secondly, when we mentioned the tank was almost empty, the salesman said he would wash the car and fill the tank. He cleaned the car but only filled the tank halfway. For the amount we spent, a full tank of gas should be standard.Thirdly, the car came with only one key fob. We were told we needed to visit another ***** dealership to get a second one made, at our expense. As a ***** dealership, they should provide two key fobs with the car.Lastly, we initially spoke with a different salesman and scheduled an appointment for a different day. Due to a conflict, we called to reschedule, but the dealership didnt inform the original salesman. He later called to inform us the car was sold, unaware that we were the buyers. His comment about the sale was unprofessional.Overall, our experience at LaFontaine was disappointing. We hope the car itself meets our expectations and isnt a lemon.Review fromSam D

1 starWe were sold a used vehicle that needed a safety concern repair done. We pointed this repair out and we were told that the repair was done. When we drove the vehicle, it was not fixed and now it is in the service department since June 2023 with no resolution. They do not know how to fix this repair; they keep trying different things and nothing is working. They contacted Stellantis and they cannot even help. We just bought this vehicle last year put it in storage for the winter and started to drive it this past spring and the safety issue is still there. WE are asking for our $25,000 back from the dealership. We will not accept this vehicle back regardless of the solution of the repair, we are not confident that it will be safe going forward. We are getting stone walled and excuse after excuse. LaFontaine needs to do the right thing and give us our money back.Review fromMatt B

1 star**** the general sales manager is by far the most unprofessional person Ive ever dealt with. Worked quickly to sell a vehicle to me out of state, but delivered it without floor mats, with one key, and had all sorts of service needs. When I took it to service, some of the items werent covered and **** and his assistant *** took their time and never officially took care of the cost. When I showed up to pick up my grand wagoneer, a 120k vehicle, they wouldnt release it to me because the La ******** team didnt follow up appropriately to get payment on time. I called **** and his assistant ***, which lead to ****************, screaming, and calling me all sorts of names. He wouldnt accept responsibility and kept blaming me. I was absolutely yelling, too, but all he wanted to do is argue instead of come to a solution. I will NEVER do business with them again and Id advise anyone else to seek an purchase elsewhere.Review fromJarek S

1 starUnfortunately not possible to give less than 1 star.Customer service is below your worst imagination. They will make you bounce between multiple people for weeks and each of them will ask you to explain them your case from the beginning. They will either drive you mad or make you go somewhere else!No way to escalate things, no responsibility, nobody knows nothing. We are over 2 months in process of having our car repaired under warranty and every time we call them, explain what its about, they promise to call back and never do. Its been 5, five! different people, supposedly including some managers. Steer away from them if you can.
