On September 14, 2024 I purchased a chryler 300s from judes auto sales. As I was heading home with the car it began to give me problems as I got off the highway the vehicle stalled and wouldn't start again. I then tried to reach out to judes auto sales and could not reach anyone. Being stuck on the side of the road I was only left with the option to have to pay for a **** back to the car lot. Once there the man running the car lot refused to pay for the ****. Being I live o er an hour away from we're I was I agreed to trade to the car for another chrysler 300 that was 2 years older but was said to run great. He refused to give me my money back and at this point I just wanted to get home. This car once again three quarters of the way back home began to run hot and have problems as well. I come to find out that it has a blown head gasket. I mention the issue to them via of ******** messenger because that seems to be the only way I can reach anyone. He responded with a blatant no when I asked if he was going to fix this car I got. I paid over 5000 dollars for a vehicle that would cost just as much to have fixed.

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Jude Auto Sales Inc., under the ownership of ******. My complaint concerns the sale of a 2018 Jeep Compass, which was advertised falsely and sold with numerous mechanical and financial discrepancies. On August 3, 2024, I visited Jude Auto Sales Inc. to view the vehicle. After a test drive, I noticed that the **** was not functioning. I immediately raised this issue with the salesperson, who assured me that the ** only needed a recharge, which they would take care of. I was then directed to another shop owned ******, called Star Auto, located at ***********************************************************, to address the issues. On August 15, 2024, I took the vehicle to an independent auto shop for a diagnostic inspect. The vehicles motor, which was advertised as having 74k miles, has 174k. The sellers claim that the motor had been replaced in July 2024, the inspection indicated that the vehicle still had its original engine. The ** compressor, O2 sensor, and catalytic converter all required replacement. The tires on the vehicle were from 2016, which is inconsistent with a 2018 model. I'm asking for A full refund of the $7,930 paid for the vehicle. Reimbursement for any additional expenses incurred due to the vehicles defects, including the cost of the independent diagnostic inspection and any temporary transportation costs. A thorough investigation into the business practices of Jude Auto Sales Inc., to prevent future customers from experiencing similar issues. The actions of Jude Auto Sales Inc. and its representatives have caused significant financial and emotional distress. The vehicle sold to me was not as advertised, and the dealerships refusal to accept the return or address the ongoing issues is unacceptable. I trust that the Better Business Bureau will take this complaint seriously and assist in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.Sincerely, ******************************* **********

I put down a 500$ deposit on a 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee on April 22,2024. The first week I wanted to pick it up, I had problems with my primary car. I asked them if I could get a refund the owner blatantly told me no over text, and said she will continue to hold it, I said okay. On April 29th my car got impounded. I explained everything to them. And asked if could get a refund no response. We have contacted on messenger and you cans we when the owner **** has opened my messages without responding. I kindly asked them to respond. I called 3 times. First time they answered first ring, I believe the guy name was Mo that answered. He said he would call the owner and call back. I waited about 2 hours for a call back, no call back. I called 2 more times and went straight to voicemail. I am kinfly looking for help to either get a refund on the deposit or just an explanation on why I'm not able to get a refund.Thank you
