    My mother received an invoice saying final payment due for a product. I called the number to ask when this product was ordered and delivered? Was told August with every 2 month delivery. I told the representative that I take care of all the finances and there were no credit card or debit purchases made for this company, nor did anyone receive any products. Never heard of this company. So I asked her to explain how this is final payment when there was no initial order. Put me on hold and told me not to worry about the bill and all future orders will be stopped, which I wasn't worried since we never ordered, wasn't going to send payment I just wanted to see what I would be told. This is a scam!!!! Need to watch out.

    Per our email to you on March 3, 2025, our thorough review does show that we did receive an order from your mother in late August,2024, on which she did affirmatively consent to the terms of the offer. Per the request, we did ship the product shortly thereafter via the **************************** and we do have proof of delivery on file. Per the terms of the offer, a bill was included with the product shipment and because we had never received payment, additional requests for payment were sent monthly. The most recent was in February 2025. We understand that your mother does not remember ordering so we have closed the account, and you can disregard any further mail and notices from our company. Things do cross in the mail, so please be patient. Eventually, contact will cease.If you have any additional questions, do not hesitate to reach out. We wish you all the best and, again, we do apologize for any confusion.

    10//31/2024 Yesterday, I received an invoice from Bakers Best Health and it is, according to the invoice, a second invoice notice, never having received any communication from them before, EVER! I have never heard of Bakers Best Health, I have never ordered anything from Bakers Best Health, I have never received anything in the mail or online from Bakers Best Health previously and I will not pay Bakers Best Health for a non~existent order. I believe that Bakers Best Health is engaged in a scam that targets the elderly. I would like this company to desist immediately from all contact with me by removing both my name (incorrectly spelled, by the way) and my address and to never communicate with me or anyone in my family again.

    I only order one bottle for pain, with money order, have it to my neighbor, and that's it, then I started getting these bills every month that I owe $64.00, and still keep coming. I never order anything more after I got the first bottle.

We have no record of you ever contacting us prior to this. A customer care representative will reach out to you in the coming days via email (to the email address you provided to the BBB) to resolve the issue. You did not provide a telephone number so please watch for the email or call our friendly customer care center at ************** M-F, 9am to 5pm ET, so that we can get this resolved for you. We wish you would have reached out to us months ago; we could have saved you a lot of frustration. We did not know about your issue. Again, we are sorry for any confusion and misunderstanding. This is never our intent. We look forward to talking to you. In the meantime, rest easy, this will all get resolved.

    This company's practices take advantage of elderly- especially those with dementia. Allowed my relative to order without a credit card or any payment and then started billing after she entered a nursing home. Family knew nothing of this and now we get threatening letters about payment. This company is awful!!! Beware!

    The product is fine - the fact that they do not notify prior to deducting $$ from your account stinks. I do not like anyone for any reason billing my Checking Account without prior notification. They billed and shipped the same day I had the funds removed from my account 2 days after Christmas so my checking account was dry until I get paid on 3rd so $34.00 overdraft. Talk to them and it is all my fault, my last order was 6 months ago. I will not be using there products again. Beware!

    I received a card in the mail offering a FREE sample for a pain cream. I sent in the card, and then received two small jars of cream with an invoice for $52.45. I tried the cream on a sensitive spot, and it worsened the problem. I unfortunately gave in, and sent the company a check because I did not have the original documentation that it was supposed to be FREE. Shortly thereafter I received another sample of the same cream with another invoice, but I did not order or ask for another sample. I do not intend to pay for this unsolicited item.

    I received a bill in my deceased moms name 5 years after her passing. It was sent to an address she never resided at. Its a demand for payment for products ordered and threats of legal action supposedly sent from their legal department. This company is a scam and seems to prey on the elderly. I will wait for additional information which I doubt will come. I will be sending a complaint to the *************************

    A complete scam.Many months after my elderly mother-in-law died, she received an order from them.No one in our house could have placed this order.It was overpriced Apple Cider Vinegar capsules plus shipping and handling charges. Unless we sent it back to them, we would receive this shipment every other month. There is no mention of reimbursement for our shipping charges. They did not answer their ***** number. Perhaps because we did not sign up and register, the online complaint form was rejected. I will let them figure out now how a deceased women pays them.
