  I will send more information via email as at this point all the photos of contact are on 3 phones total I had this company cut branches for me I paid him to do this and then he was not careful and one hit my driveway really bad to the point it cracked. I called him to tell him if he could come fix it and he kept giving me days in advance to come out. First he said hed come out last week Thursday, then Friday. He started dodging my calls and Id call on other numbers and hed answer fast. Today he finally answered and said hey we had no contract I am not responsible for anything which is cray he even mentioned to me after showing me his website insurance would cover any fixes hed do since he has insurance. I paid him $350 to cut a few branches and he now left me with damage of $1300. I need to get this fixed asap as it could get worse if water goes into it.

  Vasquez roofing was hired to replace the roof on my property On 03/30/2023 evening, the company informed us they were done with the project. The following morning, we woke up to a leak in our bedroom and our living room. We immediately informed the contractor of this occurrence, and they said they were going to send someone to fix this issue. We left town on 03/31/2023 and were assured by the contractor this issue was going to be addressed by the time we come back on 04/02/2023. At this point we started to question the workmanship of this project, as we already got a leak within the first 24 hours after the new roof installation (complete teardown of existing roof, and roof replacement). Upon our return on 04/02/2023, my husband climbed up on the roof (flat roof) and immediately saw several areas flooded with water. Areas had more that 2" of water sitting on the roof trapped. This discovery prompted us to believe the roof was not properly installed. We contacted ******, from Vasquez roofing immediately to ask him about this. He informed us that roof is installed right and there is nothing he will do about it. He stated that he did the work for the money we paid him. This did not sit well with us, and we informed ****** that we would like to get the roof inspected by a certified flat roof specialist as we are not ok with the water sitting on the roof and being trapped, not able to get off the roof. At this point ****** started shouting and demanding we pay him the balance due upon completion. We stated we will pay him if the roof passes an inspection. Inspection was completed on 04/05/2023 - Vasquez roofing is refusing to come back and do the right thing. The entire roof has to be replaced - scuppers higher than some parts of the roof (reason for water not properly draining) - drip edge not installed properly and not taped correctly - not installed according to manufacturer's instructions at all, therefore voiding the manufacturer's warranty.
