This is a business that was contracted by ***** ****** to oversee a ********************** Account in my name. They have taken $54 a month out of every check sent to them, and haven't allowed me any type of assistance to make ends meet without problems. I suspect there are more people than just management drawing funds from this account too, however, and it needs to be turned back over to me because I've been the victim of mail fraud if the last check they claimed to mail never got mailed out. I suffer from a documentable disability called PTSD that really has no other medical intervention that's proven successful besides psychotherapy. There is also a ******** account premium that's suppose to be taken out on a monthly basis, so I'm unsure why I have a copay now for medical appointments. If the ****************************** isn't contacted about reissuing me the United States Treasury checks to my own home instead of a representative payee, then I need a list of resources that are more reliable. Either way, I feel it necessary to warn prospective clients about this company.

Payee Central is a non profit 501C3 company. We are a *************************************** for Social Security.  Social Security assigns cases to Payee Central for for those they deem as vulnerable adults. We do not solicit business but are assigned. Are duties are to pay for basic living services such as rent, phone and utilities. We further send the client personal needs. We are also asked by social security to conserve funds for larger needs that may arise.

Payee Central is audited annually by Social Security. We are also required to send Rep ********************** reports specific to the beneficiary to Social Security at Social Securitys request. For each client assigned to Payee Central, or any *************************************** approved by Social Security, Social Security states what the fee is allotted to charge per month.  In 2024 it was ***** per month. In 2025 it is ***** per month

if a beneficiary would like to regain control of their Social Security Benefits, the beneficiary simply needs to contact their local ********************** and make an application to do so. Social Security will determine if the beneficiary can handle their own funds, not Payee Central.

if Social Security approves the beneficiary to be their own rep *********************** they will send a letter to both the organization and to the beneficiary and the organization will be required to send any conserved funds back to Social Security and they will send those funds to the beneficiary

the above is told to each beneficiary that asks to handle their own benefits.

    regards,

    **** Widmark

    President
