      The manager called and says ** outside the dispute range which I think is wrong . I never got any notice or no phone calls , do they have proof of any of this ? I dont use this account , so I dont know where the late fees are coming from and you cant see anything on my account

      Hi, I have a question and concern about your *** machine inside your ************, ** branch. Please take note- the rent is due today Feb 3, ****. So, I insert the bank card and enter my password then I put my deposit in the machine, I took a picture of the 600 dollars that my son withdraw this morning at *** ********* Branch. I also check the assistant on the machine showing her that I am depositing 600 US dollars and took a picture of the Negotiable Instrument- yes, FDRN is a Security, it is a NOTE, we call it FEDERAL RESERVE NOTE. Now, the machine did not give me a deposit slip acknowledging the $600 I put inside the *** machine. That is a breach of fiduciary responsibility, negligence and I have been harmed by this malfunction of machine inside WINGS FINANCIAL CREDIT UNION.So I have to wait for my turn to give that piece of paper to a clerk. I was told that I have to wait till Monday to check on the deposit of the machine. OMG! I called 911 on my cellphone and the police officers listening to our conversation. I told the officer it is not emergency but I need a police officer inside the bank as the *** machine robbed me on broad daylight. I ask for a manager assistance with regard to this event. She said she will issue the Cashier Check that I needed and give her 30 ($20FDRN ) so I can pay our rent today. There is a camera on top of the *** and when I show the woman on the machine I show her the 600 US dollars I put in the machine. So, depositing FDRN is not working with the new *** machine. Then please have a human being bank teller inside your bank. CAUSE NO HARM to anyone, it is your responsibility to make sure every bank transaction is done right every time. NEGLIGENCE excuses no one. Thank you. I hope no one is going to experience what happen to me. The video camera is going on in that banking facility.

      I have a balance with them and Im not sure why ? They cant seem to tell me either . I havent banked with them in over two years and some how Im negative ? Please help figure this out . Id like to keep this account open and eventually use it for another account , but I shouldnt have to pay the negative when I havent used it or had anything come out of it

      I am not liable for this debt with wings financial. I don't have a contract with the collection agency trying to collect and report this to my credit report. they did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.

      I opened a checking account with ********************** CU in May ****. They offered $300 bonus with the following terms: Checking Account Bonus Requirements: Each of the following must be completed using the same checking account within 60 days of account opening: 1) Recurring ACH direct deposit(s) totaling at least $600. Qualifying direct deposit is an ACH (Automated Clearing House) automatic electronic deposit of your salary, pension, Social Security or other regular income into your Wings account. ****** earned through self-employment or working an IRS-classified Gig Economy job do not qualify as direct deposit. 2) eDocuments enrollment. 3) At least 5 net PIN or signature-based debit card transactions over $25 each. I have completed all of the requirements, but they refused to issue the bonus, stating that I was one day late with 5 debit card transactions. They counted 60 days from 05/17 when they opened my membership, but according to my first statement my checking account was opened on 05/19. The statement clearly stated: 05/19 ******* ACCT OPEN FL **** (please see the attachement) and the offer terms clearly stated that the date of account opening should be considered, not the date of membership opening: "Each of the following must be completed using the same checking account within 60 days of account opening". Also I was using my first statement to calculate the last date to fulfill the bonus term, and that date should be 07/18/23. However, the bank decided to fight for one day difference and interpret their terms the way they want, not the way they were written in their terms and conditions.

      Please note that this complaint is audio recorded, so I am not responsible for grammatical errors.Last night I tried to activate a new credit card with wings financial using the sticker on the card. The automatic system cannot do the simple job of activating the card so I was transferred to the card activation center. Apparently it was also beyond their pay grade to activate the card because they told me there was an error and their system could not activate the card and I was to call Wings Financial Credit Union. Today I have spoken to eight people at Wings Financial Credit Union who find it outside their pay grade to activate a simple credit card. I then requested to speak with a manager who then told the person to file a form for my issue! So my understanding is that as a customer, I am not worth that supervisors timenice business acumen there. Which leads me to you. I would like you to reach out to someone there capable of doing their job and get what is a simple task done. I was told by the card activation that there is a block on this account which is impossible. This card is always in lock mode. There should be no block on this account. I rarely use it yet when Wings sees it in their best interest to go behind my back without my knowledge, and lock my account! Yet when people in the past have stolen fraudulently, $500 and $700 from my bank account where was ********************** then? NOWHERE! The first minute I get I am taking all my money out of this bank and I am gonna find a new bank because this is ridiculous! The solution is to activate the **** card and I would expect an apology for now what has been almost accumulative of an hour today between the eight live people and the phone call last night and filing this complaint to get the job done! *** also had vendors say the bank rejects payments I made and now Im getting late charges! Money is there! What is their problem?!

       I am rejecting this response because:

      I expect them to email me as I do not accept phone calls nor mail at my address at this time since I am out of the country. Also, an email allows for a paper trail which I know they fear since they cant do anything right. Please convey that an email is the only form of response I will accept. How long has this taken? To get a card activated? Tells you everything you need to know BBB. This has been going on for a month with their stalling.

      11/14/23, Security Problem, please stop using last 4 PHONE and last 4 SSN as password, please make it easier to speak to a live person. I do not feel my money is secure, I do not feel Wings takes security seriously, I do not think Wings provides excellent customer service with easy access to live agents.

      Someone fraudulent use my debit card two times one for $20 and one for $48.18 I places that I have never visited I immediately contacted wings financial close my debit card pay $20 extra have a new debit card mail to me filed the dispute and dispute was against me says the merchant said that I was there personally and used my card this is totally false I want my refund and I'm closing my account that I've had for 30 years with these fools do not use wings financial credit Union

       I am rejecting this response because:
      The guy said they were ATM chip transactions impossible I want to see we're he investigated and saw they were arms chip transactions I only use wallet app on phone except for ATM money withdrawal I have close to ****** $ with this c*** credit union I don't need the 48 measly $ I am with trying all my money and going to ***** Fargo if somebody could hack my account for measly 2 transactions equaling $48 imagine what they could do to my account  checking account alone has $115,000

      Over and double charging of fees, this is the 2nd time I had this same issue with Wings Financial CU and have complaint. The first Ive they split the fees which I taught was outrageous, now I have called several times about my account and have had no success with settling this over fee and double charge issue. Ive been trying to settle my account with sues but they keep on adding fees inconsistently The fees stand at over $800
