            In that spirit of juggling tasks and desktop integrations of user tools, Jill has become a priceless partner when navigating the specifics of Sage Act!. Initially reached out to her to assist with a template issue several years ago and her demeaner and knowledge in addressing the challenge AND being sensitive to the users work style was greatly appreciative. She knew immediately what the problem was, assisted with correcting it, and offered tips on how to mitigate creating the problem in the future. This experience solidified my trust in Jill and since had the pleasure to work with her in guiding us through version upgrades and data migration.
