    Business Response

    Date: 07/25/2023

I attempted to locate an account with the information provided in the complaint, but I was unsuccessful. In order to be able to respond to the complaint and cease communication as requested, I need some additional information to locate the account. Can you please request Ms. ******* mothers name and the city & state DCMS mailed any letters to? Or if she has a copy of a letter we sent, could she provide the reference number which is located at the bottom middle of the page where a page number would be?

    Thank you,

     Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Case number CL1907575 needs to be in a cease and desist situation.  Especially since I talked to the agency listed as the original creditor and the could find absolutely no record of any money owed by the person named on that case, or sent to collection. The agency was, however, aware of this collections agency and their unethical habits.

To put it very mildly, this kind of business practice is unsavory, insulting, and very disturbing.
