Horrible company. Horrible employees. I have never in my life been so disgusted with a “business” - If you can even call it that. My grandmother passed away in July & this company took a bill and is coming after the estate. Even AFTER the hospital told them that it should be written off because my mother ALWAYS filed for financial assistance for my grandmother, and the bills were written off. The employees are rude and wouldn’t listen to my mother, the phone call ended with her hanging up in tears. How anyone can morally treat someone who is grieving like this is beyond me. Shame on all of you.

If ZERO stars were an option, it would've been chosen. Absolute terrible people. They do not abide by the laws they are bound to. They MUST provide you an avenue to dispute in writing. I have spoken with them on 5 different occasions. In each instance I repeated myself a dozen times - "please send me or tell me the steps to dispute this in writing". They kept telling me to create a fraud ticket with ATT (the collection source). FYI - get a boiler plate denial/rejection/dispute form from the interwebs, change the pertinent information, FAX it to their number, and direct them to probate/estate attorneys. I even downloaded a transparent "rejected" stamp/watermark and put over a scanned copy of the debt they are attempting to collect, and faxed that along with the dispute letter. They will consistently talk over you and constantly interrupt you when speaking. They will even interrupt you while asking for them to NOT interrupt you when you are directly replying to THEIR question/comment. Terrible company, even worse employees/staff.

Horrible worker calling. Alisa ******* was her name. My dad wasn't even cold in the grave and she's calling about a bill that my dad had which was covered by the VA because he was a sergeant Ranger in Vietnam and had 100% disability all his other bills were paid and she got nasty on the phone. So I had to end up wasting a whole day calling the VA calling the hospital getting things straightened out so they wouldn't keep bugging my mother who just lost her husband. I tried to explain that I have to call the VA and get the paperwork and make sure everything was submitted right because I don't believe it was they submitted it through Medicare and Humana not the way it was supposed to be submitted so that was not our fault but I straightened it out. Very unprofessional. My parents did not ever not pay a bill in their life n to be so nasty for a small amount I just had to get resubmitted is rediculos. I even offered the number of the VA to her and then she said she needed his social security number. Which obviously I'm not giving out they already have it their collection agency. Horrible. Maybe we can mourn my dad's passing now.

14 Days after DCM cashed 3 checks paying for hospital costs associated with a deceased daughter, DCM Services resubmitted the same bills for requested payment. I submitted supporting documents that bills had already been paid.

My father just passed away. This company called saying, they have been contacting by a probate clerk. They said that my father has an outstanding bill from hospital of said amount, and wanted to know of his assets so they could collect from assets. Number 1, bill has been paid. Number 2, bill was not deliquent! I feel they are somewhat a scam organization and feel that this company should be looked into, and people with love ones that have passed should be warned. Also, if they had contacted my father’s elderly wife, it would have scared her into to divulging info that could have been used against estate.

DCM sent a letter trying to collect on bills that have already been paid on behalf of my deceased father. On top of that they tried to make it sound like if I didn't pay the bills it would affect my credit.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. They are terrible and so slow to respond they make it impossible to address any issues. I am trying to settle an estate for my late brother and they offer a settlement but never send the letter or fax. Completely worthless and I am referring the matter to our Probate attorney.

I received a letter from this company trying to lie about money owed from my father that just died. I handled all his finances for the past 25 years and he had an 800 credit score with zero debt when he died. They are trying to take advantage of people and should be shut down or sued if you fell for their lies. Throw away any letters you receive.

Predatory company. Heads up, they seem to have wiped their original google listing that had many people sharing their negative experiences, possibly to hide their true nature. Now the new listing is getting filled with generic 5 star reviews. It’s all very suspect.

Like ALL the other reviews, I received calls after calls and then received the letter in the mail stating they can't give any details by mail but will if you contact them..smh This company should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of families after dealing with a loss of a loved one... Shame on you. How they can do this amazes me, I'm reporting them immediately for fraud and whatever else the law seems fit. Please remember, you're not responsible for others debts unless your name is also on the contract, loan, etc. Hopefully this company will be dissolved sooner than later!!
