      We moved in April to a new address, they were supposed to come to our new address and we never heard or saw from them since, until August when we received a charge on our card that was attached to this account. Upon finally getting a response after 2 tries on the contact us on their website, we find out that a new name was attached to our account at our old address and had purchased an order with our card! Yelloh told us "sorry there's nothing we can do that's your problem"

      My first purchase with Yelloh and they screwed the whole thing up . I ordered 4 things and the total amount with discount was about $39. I only received 3 of the items. I called that same day to complain but was told to call back the next day. A little past midnight I received a revised bill for $45 for 3 items. I called this morning to dispute it and was told there's nothing they can do. They offer a coupon fir next time which is ridiculous because why would I want to do business with this company again?

      Just got my orderall of it mushy. $100.. absolutely no dry ice left in plastic bags. 86 degrees at delivery time. Traveled 737 miles. Left Texas at 8:35 on 8/12. Sat in ****** KS for 8 1/2 hrs on 8/14. Out for delivery on local truck at 9:22 am on 8/15. Delivered at 3:48 PM When delivered by route salesperson quality of product not a problem since it was frozen Only day open for delivery was Wednesday but Yelloh or *** changed it to **************** has deleted many of my favorites and the quality of meat especially chicken has really declined I have been a customer for 30 years ********************** but this was now my last order. Sad

      Yelloh is one of the worst delivery Companys you can purchase from, all the deliverys I receive now are delivered by ******* loaded onto one of their *** truck a 6 AM. in the morning and not delivered to my home till late in the afternoon, they say they put dry ice in your order, every see the back of a *** truck, the temp is well over 100 degrees , every order the dry ice has melted, food is warm to the touch, or the *** driver leaves the package at the end of my driveway 200 feet away from my door , I find it the next morning when I get the paper , Looks like all my future orders will be with Kroger

      Yellow has completely destroyed the Schwans reputation!! When schwans owned the company they had everything and now yelloh is either out of it or has discontinued it. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I will no long order or attempt to order from them!!

      I ordered a bunch of food last month. Ate the mint chip sundae cone and have been sick ever since. Listeria is no joke. Do not order from this company. Based out of ****** with who knows what bacteria growing everywhere. Worst CEO and customer **********************. I never got a refund and I have been severely ill. Do not order from them.

      I have ordered a large order for our business for summer as we always did with passed owner. We used to get a lot. The delivery date has been changed three times. Now the middle of summer and nothing from Yelloh We have decided to move on after calling many times and only getting a computer answer. They clearly do not care.

      *** delivery just got here 6/20/24 both cardboard boxes were saturated with moisture and crushed all frozen food was thawed and crushed . You can't ship frozen food in a cardboard box. I also order from OMAHA STEAKS and am very happy they ship in styrofoam containers a better idea to protect the food YELLOW isn't that bright. I'm done with YELLOW>

      Ordered for Saturday delivery and driver cancelled order customer ********************** reordered since I had a ***** coupon for Wednesday delivery and waited both days next thing I no I get a email saying order cancelled after customer ********************** said they would be here company gone down hill I give up 2 days of waiting and orders get canceled it's a joke now customer ********************** says they will send to local depot they don't care been dealing with this for 6 months never get a response from depot they should give my order for free my time is money they have a problem if order from there customer ********************** even get canceled worst customer ********************** more we talk to people everyone saying they have same problem orders getting canceled and pricing don't even compare to grocery store anymore ridiculous priced now after take over beware you won't get your orders in **** pa don't waste your time

      Once you became ‘yellow’, your customer service was terrible. I had to contact you several times to receive a response. I explained you were severally overcharging me for delivery. You finally responded saying you no longer deliver to my address. Your prices went up, and your service went down. I will no longer purchase anything from your company! In addition, not recommend anyone else to purchase anything either.
