    Purchased a 2020 *** ***** from this establishment and discovered I cannot insure the vehicle with most insurance companies due to *** thefts and faulty immobilizer technology within the vehicle which allows the thefts to easily occur. Insurance rates that are available that are left, which I have only found 1, is ridiculously high, over 300 a month for a single vehicle, and we are not told about the difficulty we would have insuring this vehicle. State Farm, for instance, requires a 1st party passive engine immobilizer and *** does not even have this, and State Farm will not accept a 3rd party brand. Due to this I an getting dropped in under a month and must find another to appease my lean holder.I am wishing to demand a full forgiveness of the rest of my loan from *** and credit for what we have paid so far upon return of vehicle so we can exchange it for another vehicle of similar value that we can insure. The vehicle was virtually brand new with only 15k miles on it, which was a huge selling factor for us as we need a reliable vehicle for our family.

    While we understand Mr. ***** frustration with his vehicle, we are unable to unwind the deal as requested. The Dealership is not responsible for insurance rates. We did perform the anti-theft software update from **** which reduces the likelihood of theft. However, *** recently announced a class action settlement which *********** may be eligible to apply for relief under.     I took my car into Kia ********************** in Bloomington, MN to get a recall that was on my vehicle. They said after they fixed it they locked my engine so they had to keep my car over the weekend. I get the car back then not even 24 hours later my cat. Converter went bad which was a part of the recall. I called them they said they couldnt get my car in until a week later. I asked for help with the tow as this should be a part of the warranty. They charged me almost $200 for a tow. It has been three weeks since they said they would fix it. They said one day. I have called almost every other day and they have said the issue for 3 weeks is that the part has not arrived. My services is ******************* and the last time I called from my phone he didnt answer so I called from my work phone which is a Cali number and he answered on the first ring. He said he would call back in 10 minutes and he never called me back so I called when I knew he wouldnt be in the office, which was after 4:30. I was able to speak to ****(didnt get a last name) in the service ***** He said my part would be in Monday 4/25/22. So today, 4/25 at 4:30pm I called again and they said my vehicle wasnt ready still. I have been without my vehicle for over a month now and this is completely unacceptable.

    I am confused as to why this complaint is being brought up 2 months after the repair and return of your vehicle.

    I will send you the $200 for the tow and use the address we have on file.
